dude, the montero is a hybrid... its not solely pajero based... For example, the shocks in the rear will fit US spec montero sports, but not the old montero we have here. The coil springs will fit the fieldmaster pajero we had, but does not fit the older montero. So its really hard to make that assumption unless we really take it off all apart and try it.
HI Guy,
Just wanna share some on GPS navigation in Philippine....
I bought Top Gear June issue yesterday and found on Page 52 talking about GPS AVT A800 are the first GPS Navigation in Manila........the map run by Accu. Cost around 18,500 Peso
I think the information NO right , because.....
Last year Oct 08, i bought Packard Bell Compasseo 370 in manila, and it consist of Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao and Boracay...the map run on agis.. cost around peso 15,000...but the map only cover metro manila, once you out of metro it became blank..
I also buy the metro map from Agis for my PDA...last year Sept 08.
Just wanna check anyone who bought AVT A800, how is it work and how the map cover ?????
Thank you
the montero hood lifter kit cost 1400 baht (approx 2000 pesos) according to the website. it should last longer than the rear door (assuming the shocks are of the same brand) as we frequently open the rear door than the hood.

Hi everybody!

See you guys there!
Has anybody "reflashed" a 3.2 DiD montero sport ECU to get more torque/horsepower?
thanks weng2, yup that is what i am looking for...nice find. i just hope...available na 'to (locally) and it's an oe accessory (to avoid drilling a hole). if you happen to find a source, just send us a note. tia
by the way...the top center console on our dash to fit a 2-din hu maybe difficult to find. i am considering to install avx44 and replace the 1-din hu. this is the best option, so far, to maintain the aesthetics of our dash and the color (when off) matches exactly the piano black finish of our dash. it has a 3.5in screen and has motion sensor to turn the unit on.
this afternoon, i made a DIY add-on on my MS interior. Very simple set-up. I installed a foot lamp (driver, passenger and 2nd row). I just bought a P299 worth LED mood lamp (4-button type blue led lamps with a push button switch on its lighter plug). Available from Ace or True Value, S-type brand Quad Micro LED lights. Wiring can be concealed underneath the plastic trims. How i wish i can tap it with the door courtesy lights...any idea on how i can do this?
benchph1, i think the rear dics of fieldmaster is smaller than 16" which the size of our front disk. If we're thinking of replacing it with stock/OEM the rear disk brake of Gen. 3 pajero is suitable i guess, correct if i'm wrong.
NTYcE, thanks for the inputs, appreciate it. I think it's better to replace the rear to stock/OEM disk from pajero because doing this makes me replace the rear only, unlike replacing to branded ones i have to replace all 4 to match them, just my idea![]()
