    Hi sir im a k&n user for 2years plus na wala naman ako naging problem lagi ko check yung loob airbox ko malinis naman wala dush lagi ko nilalagyan yung filter ko nung recharging oil after linis.

    Glad to hear that sir iceman! Ask ko lang sir if yung auto mo ba everyday mo na drive? Yung sa akin sir everyday drive. Hindi ko sure kung meron effect yun sa dust build-up.

    My FC. Yun mga lower fc pag out of town. 9km/l lang best ko so far when I went to Baguio. Sa city driving stop and go kasi.

    Sir wyeshua,

    AT po or MT yung monty nyo? sa MT non-VGT, kung naglalaro ng speed around 90-120KM/H, (kasama yung less 30KPH speed interruption then 100KPH steady speed and 120KPH for very clear road break-away) ang FC, will be 13.75KM/L, (based on full tank method) From full tank to 3/4 full...then karga ng diesel, to get the FC, kasi sa 106KMS, nasa 400pesos po ang consumption, so kung 212KMS ang takbo, around 800pesos (nasa 18L of diesel), pero it will decrease pa yung FC sa mga ibang factors like stop-and-go traffic, or long idle, high speed, biglang merong obstacle, need to brake, reduced speed from 100-40KPH, or from straight line going to semi-high road(uphill) or extreme inclined uphill, then curved road, (straight, uphill,downhill), + the passenger load and baggage load..

    yung umabot po kayo ng 150KPH w/passenger load, reasonable FC for 12.8KM/L, it's possible po na bihira po ang speed interruption and straight road....


    About naman po sa EGR, for me lang po for my personal opinion, advisable lang po mag blank kung sa city driving, (stop-and-go) or extreme idling, pero kung bihira naman po gamitin yung sasakyan, or nasa highway driving (long distance) hindi na po kailangan, kasi ang EGR will activate lang po in a certain RPM, (nabasa ko po sa mga back-thread) kung nasa high RPM na, EGR will be inactive and Open na po ito....


    It's a possible reason, pero still, depende po rin talaga sa driving condition, + the driver's procedure kung paano dalhin yung sasakyan, kung economical driving, performance driving, or combined driving techniques...
