IMO quality of the packaging, the welding should be smooth and clean if orig.

Hi Sir, Im getting a Pajero na 3 door nextweek(di ko pa alam if its Gen 2 or 2.5) year model lang kasi nakita ko sa papers.. 4M40 engine siya. Im planning to do the following maintenance activity; may I know if its appropriate na yun unahin ko or would you suggest something worth spending rather than sa naisip ko po. Apologies, Im on my 3 day ( pahapyaw hapyaw reading the thread kaso dami, so I thought of asking na lang, hope you dont mind, newbie sa pajero po.

Planned Activity
1. Change Oils on Engine, transfer case, diiferential, transmission) & flush radiator
2. filter change (oil, air, fuel)
3. tires , sana bigger if reasonable ung makita ko
4. tint (3M)
5. seat cover (MG or Seatmate)
6. tie rod end, ball joint (ung orig sa pajero fieldmaster pwede po ba sa Subic 3 door pajero)
- Detailing Job


Optional
7. Would you advise me to rewire all the electrical?
8. Gearbox, replace?
9. Steering component check

AFAIK, late 03 models up... yung tinawag ng MMPC na ralliart edition (naka-ralliart 6spoke mags, may tire pressure monitoring system, at yung nabanggit mong overhead LCD, front facing third row seats, tsaka may bumper overrider sa harap)

Based sa volt meter ng turbo timer, 12-12.5 lang voltage sa system. Daming pumutok na fuse: walang map lights, central locking, radio and power windows.

Correction on my post above, isang 100A blue fuse lang pala sa engine box. Kaso hindi ko matanggal. Yung ibang fuse naman simpleng hatak lang. May screw kaya to?

Yup, may screw na ang 100A na fuse.

Alternator fuse pala yun. Mukhang kailangan ko pa baklasin yung fuse box para mapalitan.

^ Ok na yang 265x70r16. yan gamit ko. Much better performance talaga at mas matagal mapudpod yung A/T vs the H/T and mas maporma kaya dapat A/T tire bilhin mo IMO.

Alternator fuse pala yun. Mukhang kailangan ko pa baklasin yung fuse box para mapalitan.

Alternator nga lang ang fuse na 100A ang rating..

Replaced the fuse already. Buti meron sa malapit na auto shop. Back to normal 14.5 voltage reading!

ok na 265/70 r16... yan ang stock size ng paj... A/T mas matibay for me... at ayoko nung spike nung H/T

How about yun A/T tires?

Last time I inquired about A/T tires fro BStone/Dunlop for 265x70r16 costs P8,900 per pc. Federal is P7,800 while Savero is P7,500.
