There's outside air going in the cabin galing sa air ducts ng Gen 2.5 ko.

Diba foam na nag disintegrate na yon inside the ducts? Kaya ba i-DIY?

kaya iyan i DIY, just dismantle it and het a replacement foam filter to cover the vent where the outside air goes in, sa gen 2 ko, after more than 12 years, dun nagdisintegrate yung foan, as in i see pieces of it in the vents ng aircon ko inside the cabin....

may problem po ung pajero FM po namen, there is a whistle sound coming out when reving... more or like parang galing sa turbo, sabi ng iba wastegate ko daw worn out na and it would cost me as much as brandnew turbo kit. So, Im not beliving it that much baka may iba pa problem maliban sa wastegate suspect.

does anyone experience this already? hindi siya whistle sound ng mga BOV na "piisssshhhhh"... more like a "wuuoooiiisshhh" rev up and "hhhhssssiiooowww" rev down lol. even in N or P or D, basta nag rev ka, maririnig mo na un. around 5K wala na kasi sobrang taas na siguro ng pitch ng tunog...

ar, kaya yan dukutin pag malamig makina, pasok mo lang kamay mo sa may powersteering pump, all the way down. katapat ng compressor. look for the white butterfly plug, dont put coolant agad, bili ka 5 gallons na wilkins, every week flush kalang ng flush hanggang maging clear siya, sa last flushing tsaka mo lagyan ng coolant, madali lang naman. ang bilis mag kulay kalawang yung coolant pag di flush ng maiigi. sakit na ng FM rin yung kinakalawang na radiator.

Thanks...nadukot ko na..but i removed the lower plate already..now ko lang nabasa ito eh...though now I know where it is located exactly. Next time kaya ko na dukutin....

Had my aircon cleaned last saturday....napansin ko nawala yung ilaw ng Temperature controller knob and / airflow selector knob ko pag naka "on" ang park light..Though i'll bring back the FM again sa shop for check up after a week, Im thinking of doing DIY muna...sa may compartment ba ang dukutan nito? if yes, kakalikutin ko na ito

Yung cooper if I remember correctly parang Dunlop/bridgestone din price rnage nyan eh. Baka mahal lang kunti. Kaso guwapo nung sidewall. ganda pang-porma!

Ok din yang Yokohama Geolander although mahirap ata yan hanapin. Dito kasi sa amin by order lang siya, laging walang stock. Almost same with Dunlop and Bridgestone naman performance nyan eh. Sa design na lang siguro ng thread at sidewall magkakatalo kung ano ang mas type ng bibili IMO. ;)

same tayo ng issue - air/fumes from the outside pumapasok sa loob ng cabin ng rig. Intay lang tayo ng DIY instructions from the other members of the board who have experienced this.

For people looking for tires. Suggest you check out Nitto. I have them on one of my rigs - Nitto Terra Grappler 285/75/16. Great tire. Aggressive thread pattern. Soft ride. I've logged about 20k kms on the set and parang di pa nabawasan. The main dealer is Concept One/Wheel Gallery along Santolan.

I have Pirelli Scorpion ATR's on my wife's Gen 2.5. Maayos din. But I'll change it to Nitto when the tires get worn out.
