then next day bago ko uli iistart... sinilip ko lang... balik nanaman sa level yesterday.. well konti lang naman binawas.. like what you said sir cb... parang... 100ml lang.. hehe sa... plastic jug.. madami nabawas.. 25% siguro... hehe

It's been a while since i logged in. Great to see that so many owners ang active pa din sa forum. my Gen 2.5 just recently reached 200k and yet - im still a very proud owner of pajero. iba talaga pag pajero kahit luma na.btw, i logged in to get some of your expert opinions about my gen 2.5. i just recently have it registered kasi 6 ang dulo so june. when i did the emission, my poor gen 2.5 scored 4.7 which is really over the standard 2.5 sabi ng mvec tech na kilala ko. well since contact ko yung emission and my tito is with LTO main, naayos pa din ang papers within the day.
My question would be if 4.7 ang score ko sa emission need ko na ba magpa calibrate ? d naguusok ang pajero ko but medyo bumaba ang consumption ko from the last year of 7km/l to 6km/l . during normal driving condition, a little white to no smoke ako but theres a black smoke when the pedal is on the floor ( could be normal to diesel engines i think) . hindi ko na din maalala when was the last it was calibrated by my father so im lost.Never ko pa nahose ang exhaust ko so that could be one of the culprit pero not so sure
Any input would be greatly appreciated. .Thanks uli sa mga mag aadvice.
Hindi dapat nililinis with water yung exhaust. When did you replace your airfilter, fuel filter and oil sir? Baka barado na air filter niyo.

It will create water pollution lang. Pag black smoke, meaning over fuelling or kulang sa air. Yung kay papapaj, baka malamig pa engine or idled too long before the test? Dapat warmed up na yung engine and hindi matagal naka idle before doing the test.

tulo found, share ko lang, there are 5 hoses sa coolant lines, upper, lower, bypass and 2 going to heater core ng aircon (papasok sa firewall), problem is pag umalsa na clamping area dun nagkakatulo, sa akin nagleak yung papuntang heater core sa clamp area nga. buti dun lang dahil akala ko sa engine na problem ko. parang gusto ko nga ibyppass yung papuntang heater core para less chances magka problem di naman nagagamit yung heater ng aircon,

Promdi, wala yata kasing heater core plug pang mitsubishi. Unlike sa honda na meron talaga nabibili sa casa.
Please share cost of parts na din pagnaka bili ka na. Buti nahanap niyo cause of leak.

usually pinapainit ko enginer mga 10-15 minutes before leaving home. kanina from congressional avenue to quezon avenue then back to visayas avenue (emission test). kami first car sa testing center so i dont think naka idle kami for too long.
pag over fuelling ba means needs to replace na nozzle tips ? i will clean the KNN with recharger kit and see the results.
samin po hinohose din ng driver yung muffler pag magpapaemission.. visually mausok po yung gen2 ko pero pasado pa naman sa scores..
agree with sir CB... check air filter...
mura lang naman filter kaya... we can change every 5k...
isa yan sa na-overlook ko noon.. pag nagpapachangeoil ako.. hangin lang ng hangin ng filter.. hehe sinabi sakin ng isang former pajero forumer si kcb... na... usok ng sasakyan mo.. baka hindi ka nagpapalit filter.. hahaha so true.. pag palit ko.. mausok parin.. but malaking bawas...

went to casa kanina to buy hoses, sabi ng planta stop production na raw yung ibang hoses gaya ng lower hose, obsolete na raw.
yung sa heater core naman oorderin pa raw sa japan and mukhang malabo na raw makakuha, gawan nalang daw ng paraan yung hose from other models, ayaw ko sana ng hindi oem but mukhang no choice na.
price of rear brake pads sa casa bumili ako. P3,025. then kung nawala mo shims like mine 450 per side, mukhang di binalik nung mechanic nung huli kong palit,. check niyo rin inyo.![]()

PB nakabili ako ng rad hoses ke Mit-Parts Japan replacement. yung middle na maikli wala talaga. Pero you can cut a Toyota tamaraw Rad (upper yata) rad hose same bend, pareho diameter nila as a replacement. Yung other two hoses diko alam san yan. Pa share naman ng pics para ma check din namin... Tnx
*kayOu, pasok budget nyo sir dami nag bebenta at that price. Check the exhaust dapat di mausok ang 4M40 they are not smoke belchers even at load. Engine dapat walang leaks, Test drive if me kalampag sa Ilalim, interior malamang me mga squeeks lalo na sa naka leather seat but its normal. Wala rin sa mileage sir, depende sa alaga ng may-ari, avoid din yung na stuck up or di nagamit ng matagal, sakit lang sa ulo yun any car for that matter ... hehehe
Better yet bring your own mechanic to be sure. set aside a budget of 50K for repairs para di ka mabigla... Happy Hunting . hehehe

heavy duty ang diesel engine. usually if well maintained umaabot ng 500,000 km before overhaul.
