Note: If this question belongs to another section, mga moderatots pakilipat na lang po. This is regarding my G2.5 Pajero FM
I own a Pajero 99 M/T and am considering to have the injection pump calibrated and injectors checked. Madyo maitim na ang usok. Any shop you can recommend around Antipolo-Taytay-Cainta area. Medyo malayo po sa amin shop ni Mr. Atutubo or sa Central Diesel sa QC

ask ko lng po kung alm nyo ung wash mod sa 4m40 engine.. wla n ata kc nagrereply dun sa tred n un... in case lng po d ko alm kc san ung bolt kinakabitan nun sa 4m40... thnx sna may pix.. heheheh
38 psi?? cool stiffer ride but definitely inc fuel eco....??? just read this -10% max tire press??? recommendable b un?? prng ssasabog nmn gulong mo dun?
me just doing 35 psi (shell digit) 40psi ( on my tp pen) hehehe i guess im doing fyn hehehe
im doing 8-10km/L +/-1km/L so mdyo ok n me dun.....( sn a d nmn tumaas diesel huhuhu)
mas tifid po ba biodiesel??? i havent tried dat one pro may mga nkausp n ko n fx driver.. hus proud of using dat.. cleaner emiission. nd mas ok daw hatak.. d fuel eco part mdyo d crdible......one drawback they said mdyo mhirap pag cold start... cgurro ders no prob for d pajero nmn un.. considering it is on d advantge kung mlmig un sa ordinary diesel.

July 13th, 2008 11:50 PM #2473i just had my pajero 99 field master calibrated, sobrang usok prior to the calibration and every morning i need to to manual pump the fuel filter pump to keep the engine going before it warms up, the service shop told me naghalo na ang oil and fuel, so they did a calibration on my injectors and so far ok na, my new problem is the lights of my electric compass is not functioning and the oil on the leveling devise is droping for unknown reasons...

zephyrx, ibat ibang tires, iba iba ang rating, sa akin 60 psi ang max niya kaya ok pa ako sa 38, naka print naman sa sidewall, pero ang tigas nga, kailangan na talaga magtipid.
btw ang taas ng FC mo,
di ko naabot ganyan kataas, pure city driving ko 6.5 to 6.8 lang talaga, hindi ko pa natry gumamit ng biodiesel, kaya i cant comment. pero bilib ako sa 4m40 sa emissions, hindi ko nakikitang mausok, and I got .19 sa last emissions ko, very proud ako dito.
jrod, yung compass bulb mura lang, buy ka sa casa, you need 2 pcs, pero para sure buy kana ng extra para di pabalik balik mura lang naman, 80 pesos each, take note mo yung part no. yung pinuntahan kong casa hindi familiar sa compass bulb, gusto pa nila ng sample, kasi iba iba daw, kahit sinabi ko nang 99 model na pajero,
bro yung inclinometer kailangan mo kalasin and tapalan ng silicon yung leak, sa gen 2 pajero namin, kinalas ko then sa kwarto ko iniwan for several days para sure na wala nang leak. just refill with baby oil. use syringe to fill. para kang nagrefill ng inkjet cartridge. ang pinakamaselang part niyan ay yung likod ng inclinometer, ang nipis lang ng plastic, and sa katagalan nagiging malutong, kaya be gentle, malaki ang chance na yung likod ang may leak, nagcrack siguro. hmmmm max press ng wheels ko 51 psi~ 256/70R16 Dunlop Grandtrek ATZ~
parang ang baba ng max TP ko hahahah~ nweiz kaya cguro mataas FC bka dahil dito... just a wild guess hehehehe
- sometimes d n din tlga ako nagpepreno.... i mean... if i abwt to turn in a corner... just 1 -2 block away...... tinatatnya ko n ung speed ko befor i arrive * that spot para kahit wlang preno.. jst enough speed.. for d proper turn.....d n rin tuamatpak ng cylinyador.. i mean kung trapik sa A/T kc tatabok din nmn ung sskyan ng konti tpos stop nagad... hehehe. tska kung pababa nmn trapik...... just lyk in pasig bridges... neutral nlng~.. hahahah
- what iv learned from d honda fun race/ FC actual comparison... take d inner lane AS much as possible..... para mas mababa takbo mo in terms of km..... nd some probable factor to consider daw abwt FC>..
un lng cguro gwa ko asided from d basics.... and other FC tips
waaaaaaaaahh i dont know.. if tama hula ko about sa wastegate actuator ng 4m40......
wen facing d pajero - baba left side ng turbo....... 2 bolts b un parallel to the ground tpos may 1 bolt sa same line tpos perpendicular to the other bolt............. meron cyng prang bakal/ hose n pababa pa....... hope i targeting the right thing hahahaha

i was thinking of it... kaya lng mukhang ok pa yung paj...... fuel filter nlng papalitan ko..hehehe

Dati pa meron papi. Yung rear seats maingay talaga. nilalagyan ko na lang ng basahan para tumahimik. Yung fronts ok naman. Pero meron loose kasi sa A/C ko since huli ko pina-cleaning. Parang ang lakas ng vibration kapag high revs, mejo naooverpower lahat ng ibang noise hehe. For the fronts, pwede natin itry lagyan ng penetrating grease yung mga hinges, although medjo mahirap abutin yung innards ng seats.

1. free muff exhaust
2. larger exhaust pipes
3. K & n filter open type + breather
any shops you recommend na posible n sila n gumawa nito.... est naman po inc labor...... ung mdyo cost-effective po sana... and malinis magtrabahu.

zephyrx, nagpacalibrate ako noon dahil pag umaga bagong start namamatay siya, pero pag uminit na makina, wala nang problema, walang usok, ok consumo, mabagal parin.
kung wala naman problem pajero mo, wag mo na pagalaw. mukhang mahailig karin yata mangalikot, pag may idea pa na mods, post mo lang dito.
si PK ang inventor ng washer mod, idol yun.
siya makakasagot ng tanong mo. sa pagkakaalala ko yung waste gate natin nakahiga ang position, parang tin can ang itsura, sundan mo lang yung turbo may tube na connected sa kanya. baka di kasi tayo pareho ng pwesto ng turbo.
PK, ginawa ko yung sinabi mo saakin na angatin yung sticker, tsaka ko nilinis, and ginaya rin kita, sinadya ko rin hulugin yung led sa loob.idol kita eh, medyo masikip yung socket ng new aircon leds, pero papasok siya, and you need to aim it properly para maganda ang kalat ng ilaw. ganda ng color ng blue and red sa thermostat, yung aircon blower ko may tunog din paminsan minsan, parang daga yung tunog, squeek squeek na mahina, di parati meron, parang bearing yata ng fan motor, nilagyan ko ng wd40 pero minsan meron parin. leather talaga ng pajero masyadong maingay pag nagkikiskisan, ang isa pang source ng ingay yung hinges ng sandalan ng 2nd row seats, pag nalulubak umaalog.
