My Unit will be released this Wednesday sept 27 according to my agent. I even called MMPH for the help and it paid off. I think they have a short supply of white montero thats why it took them this long to provide a unit for me.

Is the spare tire cover/lock standard for all models?...

just got a GLS (entry automatic) and asked for spare tire lock as freebie, but I actually dont know if its a standard item.

not really a deal breaker ;-)

Spare tire cover is standard afaik. I had to buy a spare tire lock after purchase though.

That was good then. White is plus 15k additional. Thats why I go for Pyrenees black. And I was happy with my monty.

Btw if you get the Kaco brand spare tire lock you need to drill an additional hole on the spare tire cover to accommodate the lock.

CSR yun ang isa sa importante,sales invoices,kung may insurance policy na ok yan.OR CR wala pa yan kasi 2weeks pa bago marelease.PMS booklet at owners manual.dalawang remote at yung isa may code na nakaukit sa maliit na parang stainless yun ang code mo incase mawala o magpagawa ka mg bagong remote yun kailangan.

Thats conduction sticker registration. paper na ipapakita that you own the unit sa mga authorities and was check by LTO and PNP as well. Kasi wala ka pa OR CR. Oero thats not cover with LTO memorandum na NO OR NO CR NO TRAVEL POLICY. That will fine you 10k if you where apprehended by authorities and 100k for the dealer. Kaya papipirmahin ka ng dealer ng waiver na in case mahuli ka di sila liable sa fine at you will shoulder all the fines. Kaya yung iba nasa garahe lang unit nila till makuha na yung OR CR. But some also take the risk kahit wala pa OR CR nila just to test drive their unit [emoji594]

anyone here tried AFP general insurance? Lastly, saan maganda magpalagay po ng spoiler? Ung screw type and not using adhesive? TIA

you can switch insurance, bank shouldn't care... unless there is a clause (such as free insurance from bpi via bpi/ms wherein there is a clause that succeeding insurance for the duration of the loan should be auto renewed with bpi/ms)

there are a lot of threads here about insurance, but to give you a comparison our 2017 montero gls is insured for less than 32k, that's not even the lowest, I received a 27k offer from casa's in house (through fcp) but I opted for my long time agent (of 10+ years) as I experienced excellent service from him in the past, also, payment is 6-gives.

The coverage (with acts of nature) and deductible is pretty much the same across all insurance (fcp, bpims, insular, etc).

my tip, from experience, is once you found a reliable agent, try and maintain a good relationship with him/her, ot helps in the long run

Hi mga sirs hirap din ba kayo mag drive during night time and medium rain sa lights ni Montero? Drove along NLEX knina mga 830pm naka high beam na HID on na din fog lamps pero hirap pa din sa visibility. My tint is the lightest ng VKool. Have you changed bulb ng HID nyo? Thanks

NLEX ok naman tolerable with my bc20 wraparound tint. Ang hirap lng ako sa provincial roads going north wala talaga makita even on high beams stock bulbs headlights with medium rains. Plan to change ws tint with K37 vkool. Also plan to change osram night breaker headlights.

If it is lit on (blinking) means lock and alarm engaged. If lit is off means car doors are open and alarm dis engaged.
