    Price increase is due to the USD exchange rate ... it has risen significantly from 48-49 level ...

    Hanggang ngayon, di parin sinasagot ni ob ang reply ko sa isang thread tungkol sa ranger naka-setup. Mukhang tama nga siguro ang hinala ko hays. Puro post pa kc na may kasamang pictures eh wala namang napapatunayan.

    BTT: Pero may old units parin ng monty right? Yung arriving ones na 2018 diba syempre sila lang may price increase?

    You will get your unit fast just like you if it is installment. Pag cash payment it will take more than 1 month para maka kuha ka ng unit.

    Yup specially sa inhouse nila mabilis marelease unit pero pag bank PO or straight cash matagal.Ginamit ko kasi sa ibang project pang cash payment... hehehe

    I paid in cash and got my unit in a week. Depende ata sa availability ng color na gusto ng bibili. I asked my agent ano yung on hand na pwede ko makuha buti na lang may Virgil Gray na available at that time. July 31 na release unit ko nag reserve ako a week before.

    Just pointing out that not all cash transactions take a month before release as others here may have claimed.

    Lol no idea on the color better ask MMPC or go ask google about it.

    kung available naman unit sa dealer mabilis lang talaga transaction. You can finish it within a day lng.
