Sir Zix,

I tried to reset the computer nilagay ko sa "ON" position yung ignition and sinundot ko ng dulo ng pen yung pin-button sa center controller sa console, nag double-beep naman. Pero after doing it, ganun pa rin ang reading... just to double check, ginamit ko ulit yung aking 2 handheld na tire gauge, both gave me a reading of 31lbs/sq.in (+/- est. 0.5) on all four tires. Inulit ko uli yung pag reset pero this time medyo longer yung pag press ko (15 secs)... same thing, nag double-beep then when I switched back sa tire info, same pa rin yung reading... tama po ba ginawa ko or meron dapat time interval na kusang mag u-update ito? TIA!

may ibang procedure on the Tpms menu/screen mo gagawin. first try to inflate muna all 4 tires to a higher value from your desired psi. touch and hold the hood of the car on the TPMS until it turns yellow. it will light up the tire one by one. kung ano yung naka light up, pasingawin mo, then may beep yan na magconfirm, then proceed as commanded by the screen kung alin tire next na pasisingawin

Hi Guys. Lady driver here and first time owner of Mitsubishi Montero GLS-v 2014 AT. I've been reading here about GR blanking, OCC, Optitron etc... please enlighten me what are these for? can those be installed in a month old montero? wont it void the warranty? Thanks Guys!

Hello Everyone,

My first post po sa forum. Sa Friday 28th of August na ang D'day. After months of deliberation and observing different forums for possible issues ng target SUVs para sa lumalaking familia- we finally chose Montero over Fortuner! I did my homework and after days of backreading monty forums I decided to avail of the Mods offered by our Monty Master Sir Zixx.

On a not so separate note, Guys ask ko lang po regarding EGR blanking, will it not void our warranty. One of our monty gurus here gave a comment that the mechanism to be installed can be easily removed and is even placed in a not so obvious location that our Casa mechanics may not discover. Paano po pag nakita nila mavovoid po ba warranty natin?

Sorry for the lengthy intro before my query. BTW, I am also a 2011 strada owner pero ni isang Mod wala po ako nilagay for fearing na mavoid ang warranty and also for not having the knowledge of the benefits na makukuha sa particular mods offered. Monty D'Day unit pala namin - GLS v AT.

P.S. pala - request po kay sir Zixx kung pwede rin ako humingi ng quote para sa EGR blanking and cabin filter.

There are lots of info esp on 2011/2012/2013 MonteroSports forums about what you mentioned.
Yun EGR blanking plate , di ma noticed during PMS, wala namang gagalawin dun sa location, OCC - i had my 5K PMS, di naman napansin. but this might be different sa ibang Mitsu Dealer/ or SA.

Congrats Sir Lexmark. Just PM Zix and he will surely come back to you. It's a blanking plate that will be installed within the egr pipe. Think of it like a gasket... pero thin solid plate sya and fitted on to the exact size. That can easily be removed in case you worry of claiming any warranty. But I'm sure you will not claim most especially for the egr which commonly fails because they didn't go for blanking. ;)

Oh I see... maraming salamat, I'll do this right away.

Akala ko nga na disgrasya ko yung computer ko kasi after ko gawin yung pag reset, everything went blank... PANIC MODE! Na disable yung radio, navigation, backup camera... etc. sa MID. So sabi ko sa sarili ko, I'll go to suzuki caloocan para magpatulong sa manager na kaibigan ni misis. On the way, I picked up some stuff which lasted about an hour... pag balik ko sa MS ko, lo-and-behold gumagana na uli lahat ng functions ng MID... whew! :sweat:

I didn't notice na wala palang front lic plate holder/bracket ang new models. In that case, earlier models ang meron. Sa ms ko (2012) meron. Definitely meron nito available sa hot accessory areas like banawe and evangelista.
