Mitsubishi Mirage Club Philippines
- Just opened the group, but would prefer someone more knowledgeable to become admin.
Perhaps here we can compile the things that are certain about the Mirage (make, color, prices, etc.) so it'd be easy for newcomers to see the pertinent information at hand. Then just update the information as we go on.
*calix: mag-admin ka :P
hindi ka ba nag-online registration?
there are 2 things about online registration, one is entitlement for the 25+15 promo, the other is the queue sequence for a particular dealership
online registration put in the dealership name & SA name to keep things in order. so right now you are queued in diamond motors valle verde, should you decide to transfer make sure your new SA can put you ahead of the queue with your new dealership otherwise you will wait for the rest of those ahead in line to be served
the manufacturer doesnt care whether you transfer from one dealership to another, they will not lose anything, all mitsu dealers take their items from them. its diamond motors who stand to lose from your transfer & they wont make it easy for citimotors to get the unit initially reserved for you, they will simply take you out from their queue & sell it to other diamond motors buyers.
they may sell the same products but they are still competitors because they are of different management

Guys newbie on the forum.. I am planning to get my first car, nakikita ko dito sa mga forums na mukang ok nga si mirage..
I think it is too wide, they will hit your fender. It will also mess your odometer reading, shorten the life of your cluch, and you'll have to swap for new set of tires. As you are buying a BN car, any modification you make can void your warranty, check with with MMPC first.
The feature upgrades of GLS worth the price difference, if you are living or driving in a far away province with no SOS at hand, the GLX will give you better peace of mind.
:balloons: Rakrakan na ba? :band:

JUST CAME OUT TODAY FROM TOPGEAR
"As we reported earlier this week, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) will be launching the Mirage subcompact hatchback next week at its "Mirage Music Festival and Expo" at the SM Mall of Asia concert grounds. As it so happens, we're also in the middle of editing our Buyers' Guide, so when we asked MMPC to send its latest price list--lo and behold--the prices of the Mirage variants are already included.
During Mitsubishi's regional test drive for the Mirage in May in Thailand, MMPC ad and promo manager Arlan Reyes revealed that the Philippine market will have three variants. Upon checking the updated price list MMPC sent us, it's now confirmed that we'll be getting four variants with two trims: the entry-level GLX and the more upscale GLS.
Drivetrain choices remain the same, though: a 1.2-liter, three-cylinder engine that puts out 77hp and 100Nm of torque and is paired with either a five-speed manual or continuously variable transmission.
During our inspection of the Thai-spec units at the Mirage's regional test drive, Reyes mentioned that the Thai models would hardly differ from the Philippine market-model. So, judging by what we saw in the Thai-market Mirage, the GLX will come with a driver-side airbag, anti-lock brake system with electronic brake-force distribution, color-keyed power door mirrors, black-colored inner door handles, keyless entry, cooler, sound system with auxiliary input and USB connectivity, and four speakers.
The GLS variants, meanwhile, will come with all of that plus a front-passenger airbag, 15-inch alloy wheels, front foglamps, blacked-out B-pillars, roof spoiler, silver-accented instrument panel, chromed inner door handles, and automatic air-conditioning. If all the add-ons to the GLS variants don't seem to make the significant P90,000 difference worth it, then perhaps the possible inclusion of an engine start/stop button and a satellite navigation system (which the Thai-market GLS has) will.
So, how much will the five-door Mirage cost? The base GLX with manual transmission is pegged at P498,000, while the CVT-equipped GLX will be sold for P548,000. For the higher-spec'd GLS variants, the manual transmission-toting model will go for P588,000, while the CVT-equipped one has a P638,000 price tag.
Cooler? ah makikita lahat yan ng magpupunta sa fest at mag test drive and hope they will share their reviews and post din dito ang mga pics nila para naman makakita rin nung mga nasa malayong probinsiya hehehe![]()
