i agree! for todays car hindi na kailangan warm up or idling bago patakbuhin for first 1k kms kailangan talagan wag e rev ang makina kaya gumagamit pa mineral base oil after pms pwede na sa gusto mo..

I was driving yesterday when i noticed that the fuel bar in the MID was blinking. I headed straight to the gasoline station and refilled (full tank) but until this moment it is still blinking. Does any here experience the same problem? If yes, how did you address it? tia

    302km / 21.68 Ltrs = 13.93 kms/ltr is the FC.

Ang sabi naman sakin ng SA ko sa citimotors, bago irelease yung unit, naka-undercoat and rustproof na. Hindi kaya gusto lang nun maka-commission?

Took the car for a long drive last Friday, Sta. Rosa-Nueva Ecija-Los Banos, at around 350 kms total. Some observations:

    1. We were 3 adults, power and speed were enough, you wouldn't think it was a 3 cylinder car.
    2. Road noise was significantly higher than normal, but acceptable considering the car's value.
    3. Suspension was comforatble and not harsh, though mostly highway driving.
    4. The car is nimble and easy to maneouver, from overtaking, lane changes, to parking.
    5. The car is not strongly affected by passing buses, though you can feel it, like any other car.
    6. It can easily reach 100-120 km/hr , with just a slightly louder engine 'hum'.
    7. First time to try CVT, and the transmission was super smooth, gear changes weren't felt unless downshifting to overtake.
    8. At a rest stop, locked the car with the keys inside! Good thing there was a mechanic who knew how to open it without damaging anything. Wishlist: alarm and central locks.
    9. You can open the doors, lock it, and close the door and it will be locked. Was accustomed with either pulling the handle when closing or closing via remote.
    10. Wasn't able to look at the computer FC nor compute it manually because we finished with still 2 bars of gas in the meter.

Thanks for the update. Just curious on what the driving conditions are like average speed, total number of passengers, etc. Thanks. :-D

    Mga kapatid,

    Today we discovered this:

My wife had the keyless fob in her pocket but I was driving. Pagdating sa bahay, dahil nakaharang sa driveway our LiMo, bumaba si misis at sya na nagdrive sa LiMo para makapasok ako sa garahe.

The engine continued running despite her going our of the car.

Here is the fictional scenario : Sa isang madilim na parking lot, paglapit mo sa driver's door, a carnapper threatens you with a knife or such. He pushes the unlock button. While holding your arm, starts the engine and leaves you with the keyless fob in your pocket.

Is this just a product of my playful imagination or a loophole in the KOS?

Yung pagbaba ni misis with the fob in her pocket hindi imagination. Baka bukas mag-role play kami sa kidnapper scenario. Tuloy kami sa biglang liko wahehehe....

So, ano tingin nyo guys. Pop or Flop?

Please post all your latest FC now no if and buts , actual on Philippine roads . We get the average then as a whole.

Maybe , we can post 2 set of FC : City Driving and Hiway Driving
Yung kotse mo Sir, anong brand at model? Ano naman ang claimed FC nya kumpara sa nakukuha mo?

IMHO, lahat ng brand, they claim their FC based on ideal laboratory conditions. Ang city sa Japan hindi gaya ng city natin. Ang city mo hindi gaya ng city ko. Ang driving mo hindi gaya ng driving ko.

If you conclude that 21 promised vs my 17 actual is a gimmick, then lahat ng brand gimmick na rin.

    Fish tayo!

From my limited understanding, the FOB uses short range radio transmitter that is effective from 5 to 20 meters (depending on the manufacturer and existing laws in a country).

In the case of the Mirage, it comes with an engine immobilizer so as soon as hindi na nade-detect ng car ung FOB eh mamamatay na ito.
