sir i think the best mags for monty is BLACK RHINO ,,IMHO affiliated ng concept one but the price is kind a stiff,,139k yung pinaka mahal n nakita ko try to go to their website Concept One Wheels - Innovative Technology they have some pictures also of monty with black rhino mags

Hi peeps, we'll be getting a MS non VGT A/T very soon and I've been reading posts on this thread, gusto ko sana malaman ang source for accessories outside the casa, I'm thinking of installing some accessories on our future Monty:

- Volution turbo timer
- OEM type back up camera and back up sensor (or pwedeng wala na yung back up sensor?)
- Door moldings (kelangan pa ba magbutas? O pwedeng double tape nalang?)
- Honeycomb grille
- Chrome side mirror (pwede bang cover lang o assembly yun?)
- Chrome door handle ( yung pinapatong lang ng double tape)
- Roof Spoiler (OEM type)
- OEM muffler tip
- Spare tire cover (parang may nabasa ako na meron ata sa Araneta Ave. Can anyone pls confirm?)

Kung pagaganahin ko yung GPS feature, do I have to buy anything else other than the SD card? Sorry, low tech lang talaga ako pag dating sa ganyang bagay.

Saka may nabasa ako about oil catch can, ano ba purpose nito? Is it worthwhile to install one?

Hi mga monty owners. Meron akong na panood sa youtube posted from Thailand regarding keyless entry and push button start engine. Yung keyless key nya when you approach the vehicle it will trigger when within range. Does anyone knows kung saan pwde magpakabit nyan and also if it is possible to once the engine starts, the aircon can also be activated remotely? Maganda kasi yan bago tayo pumasok sa car esp naka park sa isang mainit na lugar medyo malamig na sa loob.

If you want a more advanced device, Search for ST960 or ST800 * sulit, they are sold by Wingwest in alabang. A bit pricey nga lang...;)

Guys halata kaya ung torque difference ng auto at manual tranny na monty VGT? Kaso nga lng iba ung range ng manual tranny pero pag nag sportronic mode ka sa matic, kumbaga 400 na din siguro ang torque. Tama ba ako? Sabihin na lng po sakin kung alam niyo. Tnx!

^^^ Manual Torque 400 Nm, Automatic 350 Nm. Shifting to manumatic mode will not change engine torque specification, the automatic will still have 350 Nm torque.

Ah ok. Pero pagdating sa torque range, parang medyo late nga lng ang 2000RPM pag manual tranny. Ibig sabihin sa 5th gear siya para mas malakas ang hatak habang 2nd to 4th gears malakas ang hatak ng auto tranny hehe.

you will not go wrong in non vgt m/t, very powerful engine, fuel efficient and good riding comfort. maintenance wise non vgt turbos are less maintenance compare to vgt turbos because it does not have vanes inside the turbo charger that moves back &fort without any lubrication that cause premature wear of the moving parts of vanes. when it happend the whole turbo charger need to replace. that is the main advantage ang disadvantage between vgt and non vgt.

+1 ako dito sirs, been driving 180+ sa sctex and no vibration or anything at all. parang di nga ramdam na ganun na yung speed. basta maganda yung daan very stable sya.

For those some who may experience low power & smoke problem sa engine, pa check nyo lang po yung SCV suction control valve then let the Casa do SiQL test before turnover to you. Mine was replaced for free by warranty and back to its original power sa Lakas ng GLS-V..

Hindi naman siguro basta-basta mangyayari yan sir dahil naka-intercooled ang makina ng monty whether VGT or non-VGT. Nangyari na din sa innova namin ito, parang umiiyak na dahil sa vibration pag sinusubukan ko mag 120 above sa Nlex hehe pero sa GLS-V namin na montero, kahit 140 above, so far wala pa naman. Kaya naman ganun ung innova namin dahil hindi pa intercooled ang makina niya.

try changing the "X8_C1.exe" file to "Navigation.exe" file. lalabas picture ng PAPAGO pero hindi siya dumederetso sa map screen eh. inisa isa ko lahat pero hindi nagwork sakin. try mo sayo baka gumana? i think our headunit will only read the Navigation.exe file inside the NAVIGATION folder. thats why kapag ginamit natin ung update ng montero sport sa may iNAV site, sinasabi application error in reading navigation.exe, system will shutdown or restart bla bla bla.

another thing, inemail ko inav regarding this, i said baka corrupt yung file or may problem sa download link nila because when i try it on my car, binibigyan ako ng error message(yung application error)
