Good morning. Just got a silver montero sport three days ago. I really am happy with it, engine response is good, fuel consumption is awesome and ride is smooth. I did make some modifications agad, had the lights converted to HID, changed park lights color to red, changed interior lights to LEDs, installed a decent amplifier and changed the front speakers to a JBL separates. My dealer/agent gave me a free 3m one way tint na wrap around:-)

Congrats on your new ride! Ganda na agad mods mo, pero I suggest gawin mo na lang ibang color yung park light mo wag lang red, nakakalito kasi yan sa highway.

i agree with sir beni, if im not mistaken bawal ang meh red light sa front of vehicle under LTO rules, plus it will confuse other drivers...

Oops, sorry about the red park light, had it done so that wifey knows that it's our monty that she's seeing on the driveway when I pick her up (I've done this to all the vehicles we've owned in the past) I will have it changed soon as I get some free time on my hands to some other color. Thank you guys for the info, didn't know that it would be confusing for other motorists. I hope that blue or green would be street legal. Sirs, I do have a question, while I was having the upgrades done in banawe, I also wanted them to install a backup cam on my monty, but the technician said that the dealer removed the molex wire connectors that we're supposed to be connected at the back of my HU therefore they cannot attach the backup camera. Is this true? If so I should go to my dealer (Diamond Motors Q. Ave) for it, right? Thank you very much!

Try checking with Kid Audio at Binan near Pavilion Mall. I had mine installed there. Although some accessories on my MS like the nomad floor mats, and the ralli art pedal pads installed at autobisyo, I have regrets I should have them installed at Kid Audio. Autobisyo items are too pricey and their installers are not that adept comparing at Kid Audio. Imagine at Autobisyo, regarding the GTV oem cf spoiler clip type, their price is P15k! Whoa! total rubout! In citimotors, Alabang it was only 10k, and in SFM San Pablo, it's P12k.

As you know, sa GLX V Limited walang monitor so nagpa install ako ng 2din HU sa Kid Audio (total P25k all in with Papago X8 version of the GPS, Bluetooth, DVD, Radio, Ipod, USB among others) kasama na yung reverse cam and TV (including the antenna kaya nadagdagan ng sungay monty ko, he he). Ang labor sa Kid Audio is P350 lang. Mas mahusay ang mga installers doon. My previous vehicle (Innova) lahat ng accessories dun ko pina-install and wala naman akong naging problem. Visit ka na lang dun and inquire about the price of the reverse cam itself na lang.

Weird, nailabas yung unit ko na di na-arm yung alarm. Napilay na ko kasisipa ng gulong di man lang nagre-react haha! I'm having my 1k check up now at ngayon ko lang nalaman na off pala. Akala ko mahina lang naka-set sa shock sensor tsk tsk tsk...
