1st dial is for efficiency. tuning this dial up gives you the added power. every click is an increase in 1.5%. RCP claims that at 9, there is already 20% increase. kapalit nito possible increase in consumption.

2nd dial is the power band at which the RCP activates. every step up the dial increases the RPM at which the effect of the RCP is cut off. in other words, it makes the RCP work longer in the RPM range. this dial has to be tuned with precaution because too high a setting (also depends on the 1st dial setting) may cause an overshoot of the stock fuel rail pressure limit, triggering errors. Aggressive tuning of this dial usually is the reason why RCP owners have problems.

so if i increase dial 2 i will have a higher rpm before mag work ang RCP?

which one is the 1st and second dial sa RCP? wala kasi label.

In my experience, not really delays the RCP activation but prolongs its effect. Yung nga lang, pag tinaas mo yung setting, mas gradual ng konti yung effect. Hard to explain but maybe because of the mapping curves being stretched, kaya mas gradual ang slope.

Sa youtube sir may video. Best to watch that para sa reference mo on tuning and locating the dials.

Dati nasa 1800 lang din.. 105k kms na natakbo ngayon. di ko pa napapalinis yung egr. Yun kaya ang problema? Ang hina na kasi ng hatak e.
Magkano po ba yun pagawa sa casa? and may check engine light pala, pabalik balik lang. hindi pa napapacheck kasi di na ako gumagamit nito e..

clairenceh, since high mileage ka na, yung hina ng hatak may be due to a number of factors. Check your air filter and fuel filter if they have been replaced recently. The EGR may be dirty and so is the intake manifold. Your intercooler may already be full of oil especially if you dont have an OCC, time to cleanse it. Check if you had the valve tappets adjusted already. Clean the MAF sensor if needed. Do an SIQL sa casa.

Since out of warranty na, after doing the following procedures, probably you may want to blank your EGR.

Sir zix, done cleaning may intake manifold yesterday.. 3days work din since its mY first time magbaklas ng manifold.. my egr blanked and tested na din, ayos na ayos.. lakas na ulit ung hatak.. napangiti talaga ako sa performance nya.. sana lng d umilaw cel for blanking may egr.. test ko ulit knina driving for only 40kph (kasi nagoopen daw yta ung egr valve ng less than 2500rpm), 30kms and idle for more than an hour so far d pa umilaw.. i also adjusted my waste gate actuator kya ang aga magspool ng turbo.. now, napapaisip tuloy ako, bkit pag sa casa laging advise na linisan ang egr kung d rin lang pati intake manifold.. what for kung ung egr pipe lang? D mabuti pa ngang barado na un para parang nablank na din lang egr,,
