Simplest connection is just tapping it(rear foglamp) to the front foglamps, in that way we can leave the stalk switch as it is , but have a control on the rear fogs. In my case i always turn on both front and rear fogs together so that set up would be fine with me.

personally, i would have preferred to have the switches of the front and rear foglamps separate and independent from the stalk

also, right now, i can't switch on the rear fogs without switching on the front fogs. sometimes gusto ko lang rear fogs ang naka-on and off ang front fogs. maganda kung one is independent of the other

I'm sure it can be done atty. There are a lot of options where you can put the separate switch for the rear fog light. It's just a matter of having the correct type of switch and a good installer;-)..

Hehe same here, hindi nga maturn on yung rear unless on din yung front, kaya i did a simple manipulation, inverted the connection, first to go on is the rear then front, in turning off, last on first off, kaya unang mag off yung front before the rear. Mas gusto ko din kasi rear muna bukas lalo na kung medyo kagat pa lang ang dilim, park lights plus rear combi lang

Hindi naman nabaligtad ang orientation sa panel since the the supply naman nagbabase galing ng stalk switch yung indicator

kasi magkaiba ang symbol ng indicator for the front and rear fogs on the instrument panel

so if you turn on the rear fogs, it is the symbol for the rear fogs that turn on first?

Yup the symbols stay just the same, if its rear indicator is on, rear foglamps is on, same is true with the front foglamps.

As long as there are still features that are available in other countries for the montero which is stripped down in the phil variant, "upgrades" will still be possible.

Thanks Sir Six.. BTW any suggestions for HID Kit, Color Temp (5000k to 6000K is ok?), brand, where to buy.. I also checked with my dealer na pwede daw magdala ako ng HID Kit then sila mag install since walang available na HID kit sa kanila. Sir Six naka HID ba Monty mo, what is the Color Temp? Thanks

Try xenonworx at calamba st banawe or xenonbulbs araneta. 4300k is the brightest. Dont go beyond 5k. Hirap ka na sa gabi at ulan

Finally nagawan ko na ng solution yung medyo mahinang reverse light nung gtv ko, since iisa lang kasi siya dahil rear foglamps na yung isa. Retrofitted an hid. Ang laking improvement lalo sa places na talagang walang enough lighting, kitang kita na siya.Â*

Hehe, sigurado nakakasilaw sa likod, pero during reverse lang naman, hindi naman siya parang rear fogs na laging bukas eh.
Wala ako extra sd cable, si sir skyranger nagpamasko ng 5 pcs, pero alam ko ubos na din. Update na lang ulit kung mayroon papunta na china para makapagpasabay tayo ng sd cable

i prefer the led arrow lights to the ones on the outside

Yup same here parang off yung blue imo. What i have is just a turn signal amber color same with the 2012 gtv. Just added the arrow led on the lenses
