    Help lang mga sir. I just bought a 08 ex 2.0 manual. I have observed na medyo mahina hatak nya compare sa dati kong civic fd 1.8 manual and also mazda 3 2.0. Nakuha ko is stock engine pero naka dual pipe and muffler. Possible kaya na ito yung reason kung bakit medyo mahina hatak nya? All stock tapos naka dual pipe? Also,any idea magkano yung mag papalit ng sensor ng abs? Hope to get some inputs. TIA

    12k ang abs sensor per piece. pwede mo namang madala minsan sa linis yan. pa change mo lahat ng fluids tapos have it dyno usually yung mga ibang nag papa dual exhaust nagkaka powerloss dahil incorrect flow sa midpipe. 2.0 m/t produce 125-130 whp unlike cvt's 110-115 lang

    15k yata abs sensor (dont quote me di ko matandaan) pero someone posted the price in mlph.

    Kung exhaust lang ang pinalitan, it should not affect the hatak, pero kung cat (midpipe) ang pinalitan, definitely yun ang dahilan as changing the midpipe will usually decrease the backpressure and cause negative gains uless ipatune mo (ecu re-program or unichip).

    Try changing air filter baka madumi lang tapos sabayan mo ng caltex gold.

    kakachange oil lang nito nung dec. Fully synthetic. So malamang nga sir dahil sa dual pipe kaya may powerloss? Ramdam ko talaga,kahit matagal ko na hindi nadrive yung civic fd ko b4 alam ko na hindi ganito kahina yung power e. Kasi kung hindi din naman naka headers diba? 1 more question,ano ba ang maka totohanang consumption ng 2.0 manual pag city driving? easy lang ba at least maka kuha ng 9km/lit? Thanks

    Caltex gold talaga? O kahit na ano basta 95 octane? Sabi nga yung air filter hindi pa daw napalitan,pinalinisan lang yata nung tinanong ko yung may ari. Any good effect ng Dspecs oilcatch? Do you put those upgrades sa stock engine? Thanks

    100-150k difference kasi eh haha masgusto ko civic as a whole pero yung looks is a downer talaga. Feel ko downgrade ang mangyayari kung FD to FB ako Although its a better car. Sayang hindi raw dadalhin dito yung civic facelift sa US. Baka sa atin pa nga itambak yung old stock nila eh. Oh well.

    Yes caltex for the techron cleaning power. Mura lang air filter, 300 lang yata yung papel na oem from casa, may mabibili ka simota or k&n drop in search ka lang sulit.

    Oilcatch, simple ricer mod

    Kung ganto dual mo connected to the stock midpipe, i will rule out the exhaust as a suspect.

    no sir oil catch can is not a ricer modification it helps the oil filter filterized the oil and to manually remove engine sludge from your engine
    and sir thats HKS legamax walang powerloss yan uly's old mx and ice man neo's lancer has one and nicko's evo x

    RE the HKS legamax

    Mukhang hindi na to pwede sa mga bagong Fortis no? Kasi yung exhaust nila sa gilid na dumadaan, pinalusot nila sa gilid ng shock absorbers, even the new GTA ganun narin.

    May possibility na gawing taxi tong ex. Pero hindi common unlike vios. Magiging parang altis lang siguro sa dami since sila ang close yung presyo with the ex being cheaper. Pero wag naman sana. Kung kasing dalang lang ng cedia na taxi ok lang pero kung parang altis medyo malungkot na. Parang 5 vios is to 1 altis ang ratio sa kalsada eh based from my observation. Haha. Oh well.

    Question: Anyone here noticed na mainit yung fender part ng car after lets say at least 30mins drive on the road? Is this normal? If not,ano kaya yung cause??? Yung init nya sa unang hippo feeling mo mapapaso ka. Maybe i will rate it 6-7/10 yung level ng heat. Its like 7 would be the last level where you can tolerate the heat. Thanks

    Definitely ricer if you're not on turbo or without heavy mods such as cam shaft.

    It has no proven benefit but more on a psychological perception that you are prolonging your engine life.

    Im not sure if dahil ba sa exhaust or madumi yung air filter or maybe need lang i-tune young makina... Also ang weird nung nangyari knina... Yesterday nag post ako dito about sa heat na naobserve ko from the fender after gamitin yung car. Kanina from taguig to mandaluyong tried to check if mainit padin yung fender,and yes main it padin. pero nung pauwi na mandaluyong to taguig pag park na pag park ko hinipo ko ulit yung fender pero wall nang gaanong init. Considering na mas mataas na sikat ng araw nung oras ng uwi ko... Ano kaya yun??? Pls help...
