since we're nasa topic ng Cinema...

ako naman. I find local cinemas as very good deals na compared to our neighbors.

dati, I find Singapore (GV, WE, Shaw) too expensive kasi Malaysia's cinema (GSL) has the same quality at half the price.
Thailand was the best (Isetan) pero I think it closed down na (plus watching films there have very few edits) - lakas kasi ng censorship sa Singapore and Malaysia

here sa Pinas, so far Aura Director's club lang kami. yung Director's club kasi ng MOA masikip.
Plan to try yung cinema sa high street and Uptown once we figure out how to buy tickets online

Times theater along quezon blvd, opposite Quiapo Church.
    the quintessential "sine surot".
pasok kami 8 am, labas 1 pm
bruce lee film festival! the big boss.. fist of fury.. way of the dragon!
we would predictably shout in glee whenever bruce would land his opponents...
    wala pa betamax noon.

Around 1994 pwede pa yang umulit-ulit ng panood. Unang palabas sa umaga sa gitna pa nga ng movie nagsisimula. After pa nun ang first full feature.

Mga 96 o 97 na siguro nagsimula ang guaranteed seating sa Ayala cinemas.

    a 70s joke.
an insurance agent decided to take it easy one day, and watched a s3xy movie.
his day's report: "saw two people who weren't covered."

    is this the "lift-up-the-divider" model?

funny how early novelty becomes regular item, after some time.

    with my gross tonnage,
mukhang comfortable ang solo ko diyan!

"heto po bayad. i'll take two adjacent seats.."

    lazyboy...
many dialysis centers offer these very comfortable seats, to their costumers.

Mas mahal kasi may live show sa taas? Sa may sulok. I once saw a couple na magka kandong (ang sweet naman) pero malikot si naka kandong. [emoji16]

    may night vision goggles ...?

    years ago,
a costumer once flashed his rather strong flashlight up toward the end of the balcony area.
ang daming sumigaw, "hoy! patayin mo yan!"
