Simple answer Cath.. they could get more earnings to that bulk of money which offsets the monthly interest na babayaran sa banko.

Kung bank loan with 6-8% annual interest or roughly 25% over a 5-year period, yes I could imagine kayang kumita ng mas malaki yung pera kung paiikutin sa ibang bagay.

Pero yung mga 50-75% interest sa in-house, kalokohan na yun. End of the day, bat ka bibili ng kotse na worth 1M for a total amount of over 1.5M?

Kung gusto mo makatipid, edi bili ka secondhand na kotse, isang bagsakan di pa masyado mahal. Tapos lahat ng pera mo from that point forward, edi buhos mo sa negosyo or investment.

I was taught by my parents to always take advantage of cash or advance payment discounts (eg sa tuition annual payment, car, appliance, cable annual payment 1 month free) So it is hard for me to fathom why some people are willing to pay absurd interest rates. If you can't take advantage of discounts, at the minimum wag mo na hayaan pagka kitaan ka ng husto (such an in house financing na 20% down). Just like what Jut said halos 50% binayad mo sa interest

i've lost track of how many kinds of infinity stones there are in the marvel franchise movies

since star movies have been showing capt america, the avengers, guardians of the galaxy, thor, etc these past few days as a lead up to tonight's cable tv premiere of capt america: civil war, i've realized how all of those flicks are interconnected pala

btw, have any of the infinity stoned made an appearance in any of those x-men movies?

In the Fox produced movies none that I know of bro. But there should only be 6 stones in total.

Am really excited as the infinity saga is one of the more interesting story lines of Marvel that involves a lot of the characters. I just hope they get a good enough writer who can minimize PIS and CIS.

Is it the ones with "Crisis"? (Crisis on Infinite Earths, Zero Hour: Crisis in Time, Identity Crisis, Final Crisis)
