Hello guys bago lang ako dito tsikot galing ako pinoyexchange. Try ko naman ito ibang forum wala na din kasi masyado nagpopost doon sa pex.

Anyway so back in april 2011 naconfine ako sa hospital dahil sa severe allergy. High fever, sore and painful eyes, sangkatutak na singaw sa loob ng bibig, at namantal na katawan ang mga symptoms. While having been confined for 4 days sinalaksakan ako ng sangkatutak na immunosuppresant drugs para pakalmahin ang imune system dahil ang allergy daw immune system na overreacting. Tapos sangkatutak na antibiotics din sinalaksak sakin, kada 6 hours ata yun meron nilalagay sa IV ko na immunosuppresant at antibiotics. After day 4 nadischarge naman na ako at gumaling na.

Eto problema after madischarge mukhang nasira na immune system ko. So after noong april 2011, mga around july 2011 nagkaroon na ako skin condition na autoimmune problem din dermatitis/psoriasis. Namumula buong mukha ko at namamalat, pati na rin buong scalp ko. Ang sakit daw na ito ay autoimmune meaning may problema immune system cells ko dahil sarili kong balat ang inaatake nila. Around november 2012 naman nagdevelop nanaman ako isa pang autoimmune disease, at ito ay allergic rhinitis/sinusitis. Madalas ako nababahing na araw araw lagi ako nababahing at ang bigat ng sinus ko. Autoimmune nanaman kasi ang katawan ko nagrerelease daw ng histamine na nagreresult sa laging nagccreate ng mucus at nababahing tapos na iinflame ang sinus. Pinaka nakakainis pag ayaw matuloy bahing kasi ang bigat sa sinus!

So 2013 at 2014 naging safe ako at pinagpahinga ako ng katawan ko kahit papano, hindi ako nakadevelop ng bagong sakit dito na autoimmune. Problem noong december 2015 naman bagong autoimmune nanaman! blepharitis/meibomian gland disorder/dry eyes naman. Parang yung sakit ko din sa balat pero ang bago naman ngayon eh eyelids ko inaatake so namamalat eyelids ko at barado hindi makapagproduce ng tears so pulang pula lagi mata ko at may mga scratches na dahil tuyong tuyo at walang luha tapos sobrang light sensitive na pati ng mata ko ngayon dahil dito!

And now last straw para sa akin itong bago ko nanaman nadevelop an autoimmune ngayong march 2017 lang. Hyperthyroidism! sobrang hirap putek hinang hina ang katawan ko tapos 23 pounds na nabawas sa akin sobrang payat ko na. Grabe din dosage ng gamot na iniinom maximum dosage ako dahil dito nakakatakot kasi sobrang taas na daw nung hormones sa dugo ko. Hirap din makatulog dahil sa sakit na ito at pinakanakakainis na symptom yung palpitation at rapid and strong heartbeat talagang kabog ang puso ko dito ko natatakot dahil baka mamaya puso ko naman maapektuhan huwag naman sana!

So heto nga itong hyperthyroidism na yung last straw ko para sakin kasi ang hirap talaga ang takot ko pa baka in the coming years baka kung ano ng autoimmune nanaman ang madevelop ko meron kasi nakakatakot an autoimmune yung inaatake ang utak wag naman sana mangyare saken! Kaya nagresearch research na ako natural ways sa internet and ang sinasabi talaga eh sa diet daw and lifestyle pwede mapagaling itong mga autoimmune sakit na ito. So far nakaka 15 days na ako sa diet na no gluten, no dairy, minimal sugar tapos ang luto namin ng pagkain lagi sa palayok di na masyado nagde-deep fry. Talagang healthy diet na ang problema lang di pa ako maka exercise dahil nga nanghihina mga muscle pag hyperthyroid. Sana bumalik na muscle strength para maka gym na ulet. Then talagang puro gulay and fruits kami ngayon kahit sa umaga di na ako nagtinapay either small serving na lang kanin or kamote.

Hays kung pwede lang talaga makabalik sa year 2010 and below para maiwasan ko yung trigger na nakasira sa immune system ko. Ang hinala ko kasi during 2010 noong college merong 3 days na halos wala kami tulog at puro energy drinks and coffee and mountain dew which is the worst softdrinks ever and pinagiinom namin so sirang sira talaga immune system ko. Or yung pekeng paracetamol ata na binili namin sa shopping center UP Diliman yun ata ang nakasira din sa immune system kasi lumaklak ako noon nung lagnat pa lang symptoms ko tapos ayaw mawala lagnat and after noon nagkaroon na nga nung sore and painful eyes and sangkatutak singaw..

Another helpful tip na nababasa ko eh dapat daw mag distilled water fasting kaming may mga autoimmune disease para matrigger ang katawan na gamitin stem cell and replace the old immune system cells na faulty. Parang marereset daw immune system pag nag distilled water fasting for about 7 days try ko ito sometime pag bumalik na weight ko. Kasi even Jesus 40 days nag fasting and Buddha 49 days naman. Kaya fellow tsikoteers eat healthy and exercise lagi para huwag matulad sa akin.. Lord please sana makabalik ako 2010 and below para maiwasan ko lahat ng hirap na ito!!

I miss the solitude we had back in Upstate New York. Our house was the only one in the middle of Amish farmland. We've been back in the suburbs of Arizona for 2.5 years. But, it's still too crowded to me. The wife loves it. Oh well.

Saang location kayo sir? i would suggest Cartimar. Tiendesitas does have pet shops pero when i visited late last year, there were only about 1-3 shops selling fish.


If you're up to the extra work, you could quickly set up a small tank and raise your own guppies. 2-3 pairs lang pwede na, minsan pagbili mo buntis na. If you can place the tank near sunlight, they can feed off the algae that will eventually grow there.

Mas safe pa yan because you don't know where does feeder fish came from, baka me dala pang sakit yan.

Have you tried feeding them food from the palengke?(hipon, tahong, etc)
