Still no available room at the hospital where my son will be transferred. In the meantime, he seems to be feeling much better since this morning...

Hope na SIM Card Registration dito sa atin ay maipatupad na ng lubusan. Like sa ibang bansa, just give your mobile or cell number eh labas na mga credentials mo as long as binigay mu yong credentials during sa registrations. Of course this is properly controlled by our government and dapat fully secured.. Ano mga inputs, any insight at papayag ba kayo mga Ka-Tsikot sa SIM Registration..
It's obvious, Sir. I don't need to count the ways. Members here are not owners of matchboxes. Glenn Manikis, for one, just bought an Explorer and gives his SAs Php100k to 1M commission. Minicarph has his own fleet. Have you read the Home Appraisal thread? They are already homeowners before they are 30!
The home appraisal thread makes me feel like a real loser. I had nothing at 30 yrs old and still nothing until now

I would suggest not talking bout income and status here, you dont know who is lurking or what agency.....gets?![]()
i disagree.
they are more visible, yes, because they are "repeat customers". but i do not think they represent the majority.
perhaps if we look at the threads on "older cars". the problems mentioned there are of a slightly different nature.
then again, it will probably depend on how "millionaire" is defined.

Then, you're doing well. Don't just buy a house because others did.
People buy a house because there's a need which is certainly true in my case. I have kids who I wanted to raise in a more private environment. As soon as they're grown and move out, the wife and I will ditch the house and just rent.
The wife wants to eventually run out her clock back in the PH. Unfortunately, I have to tag along with her. We may get an apartment over there. An apartment at one of the high-rises in BGC sounds attractive. I've already seen what they look like because I have a niece who lives in one of those high-rises. They remind me of military dormitories here. Suits me just fine.
If you live in BGC and have no bills, you're doing well.
