Same here bro. Focal review is here and as always the challenge is how to reward the strong performers with such a limited budget. I wish mgmt would fire the expats and distribute their benefits to the locals.

Bro,- IMO, after honing your local talents,- expats are a nuisance to the organization. They should be kicked out of the country....

If they still want check and balance,- they could probably visit every end of the quarter,- but not stay as expats... They're a financial and organizational burden.

Here in the company I work for,- we are an all-Filipino team and we've proven our wares to corporate in so many challenging occasions.

It is still a work in progress, yes,- but nobody's bickering, except the EUs, who are naturally insatiable because of their superiority complex.

If they want to visit us,- they are welcome and we treat them well,- and they love their stay,- but that's about it.

It is good though that they do not ask for a second phase or a third one, after dinner.

With our consistent (excellent) performance and constant pounding,- that wall will soon give way and should level the playing field.

Traffic has been terrible indeed. This is both ORtigas and most especially EDSA has gotten worse lately.

Coding kasi ako ngayon. Before 7pm kaya nasa balintawak na ako?
