more than P400,000 to P800,000 will pay P32,500 plus 25 percent of the excess over P400,000;

I see, it seems fair enough since back then even just 30k monthly income already puts you in the top bracket. Now they're down to 25%.

But now minimum wage earners will be taxed too? Though 200/month isnt so bad. At least di na sila masasabihan nung mga matapobre na hindi nagbabayad ng tax.
