Well..those are just examples..depends on your imagination...mag papa occular ako next week.. rentals ng 25sqm studio units namin are 7.5k a month, includes parking for one..yung container vans chk ko pa numbers, if 40footer, four unit only, if 20 footer, 8 units at 7k and 5k respectively...we will see after the occular..ill chk pati the permits if kailangan pa ng building permits at kung madadagdagan yung taxes ko sa improvement...

Problema lang sa prefab hindi sya long lasting like concrete structure. Alam mo naman dito sa pinas need mo heavy duty house kung magpaparent ka or me clause ka sa contract mo bawal add on structure sa prefab baka pag me tumulo o nasira babayaran nila. Mahirap magpaupa sa residential unlike sa commercial sila pa gagawa ng building after 10-15 years syo na. [emoji106]

I have also comm properties also and 2 warehouses, yung warehouse lang ang pumayag sa structures na amin na after a few years.. the leaks are easy to fix... clause on all contracts states the that draining problems tenants mag papagawa, i gave the units without issues, pag nag bara yan, either nagtatapon sila ng solid waste or cooking oil..
For me, if it last 10 years, im ok with that, nska roi na kami nun..

Yung fat lab ko, yung Dad/breeder niya, sa Batangas din yung labs niya. It's a good thing they have a house in Manila (near DLSU) so I was able to pick up my fat lab there. Pero yung brother ni fat lab ko nasa Batangas. He has a large area to run and there's even a batis or sapa where they swim.

My guess... lab breeders have more than just a few labs. Labs = big, big dogs need lots of space, champions not bred inside cages. Also, lots of space outside metro manila...

Why'd you need a 'high quality' lab though? Unless may balak ka mag breed din ng dogs? Our askal has provided us w/ 13 happy years of companionship.

But sickly...? If you strictly follow yung mga serious dog breeders, ayaw nila ipa breed ang sickly dogs...

But it's the champ lines that are more sickly because they tend to have inbreeding kasi konti lang naman ang pool ng champions. falken, (who is also into labs) confirmed this. I used to joke sa bahay na baka kaya sakitin kasi champ line (totoo pala ) The dad of my fat lab (champion) died young

Yung lab ng childhood friend ko. Almost 10 na, never pa na hospitalize. Yung nga lang hindi cute (yung payatin at mahaba). But I have to give it to my fat lab, she is VERY smart. No training needed. Inate sa kanya yung pag retrieve. Pati yung commands, I did not do formal training (sit, lie down, shake hands, come, stay, go inside, drink etc)

How old is your JRT na ba? Pambabae kasi yung maltese e. Mas gusto ko dogs na panlalaki. Yung shih tzu nga na bigay ng Kuya ko naasar ako

Yung Pug gusto ko talaga but my fat lab's doctor advised against it. Yung mga short snout, sakitin daw.
