If you don't mind, saan yang 1 dozen sacks of ash fall na yan?

Taga Cavite or Laguna ka ba?

Meron kasi ako mga kakilala sa Cavite and Laguna, pinadalhan ko ng 30 empty sacks each to collect ash nga from their bubong.
    Laguna nasa 30-40 km kmi

    Kaya pala, bro.

Ang layo mo na from 14 km radius ha.

Imagine nga, 1 day lang "pumutok" ng matindi yung taal, 1 dozen sacks of ash na nakuha mo just from your roof.

If each sack is 25 kgs, that's a total of 300kgs of ash.

Daming scenario that can scare if you'd care to think about it.

Isang tumbling na lang from Taal yung vacation home namin from the areas with shade/warning in the map ALL my close relatives live in the same area as we do. I don't even have relatives north of Metro Manila.

This the map that is scary

even worst case i'm confident hanggang ashfall lang dito sa QC

But when the big one comes, nature will be the one to force the people in Tagaytay to evacuate because the ashfall will be so severe the air will not be breathable even with N95 masks.
I remember there was one scenario many years ago,- if Taal Volcano explodes, the whole of Tagaytay Ridge would fall.....

Hope this would not come true...

    ung FEAR-mongering re tsunami

    wtf

    taal LAKE lang po yun

wala sa dagat ung volcano where there's unlimited water to push onto land

the lake has limited amount of water to push

even if the explosion pushes out the water the surrounding areas will contain the water... di aabot ang tubig sa manila

re ejecting large chunks of fiery rocks

wouldn't the areas closer to taal be more at risk than manila?

the heavier ejected material will fall closer to the source

    the lighter materials farther

    kaya sa manila ashfall lang

    like pinatubo

    --

They fear that the entire caldera itself would erupt lol.
That catastrophic earthquake might happen anytime and a lot of people are going to die.
