Yes, malaking pinsala ang pwede mangyari.

Marami ang nalugi, nawalan ng bahay at di makatrabaho kasi dun sila based.

Wala ako paki sa mga (greedy) big corporations who made windfall profits setting up a weekend getaway for snobs right next to an active volcano. Or the guy wringing his hands because his golf clubs shares bombed.

I'm talking about the regular folk (even middle or upper middle class) na sa part ng Cavite na yan ang home nila.

They wound up there because they were born there, found jobs/livelihoods there or diyan may bumibili sa business nila. Alam nyo naman gaano ka-congested na dito sa NCR, and how much competition you'd face to set up a business here. Except for the uber rich, hindi naman din ganyan kadali bumili or lumipat ng bahay, magrelocate and makipagsapalaran sa ibang lugar, kahit sabihin na natin na sa ibang parte lang ng Pinas at hindi sa abroad.

I think that's your real purpose in life. You're someone special, you understand nature and God better than everyone else. So please sacrifice yourself and go jump in the volcano. With such a selfless and noble act, Taal would surely calm down and the cataclysmic eruption would not happen.

Ang gusto ko talaga wala maniwala. i hope Im wrong coz if Im right, eh di end game.

Kaya nga yun sinabi mo narcicist ako , malabo eh. Coz narcicists love to be right. me, I assumed the role of the villain or clown here.

Narcicists love be right as well as loved.

Me, I just played the other role. I felt that is my purpose. Ang pinakahirap talaga role sa mundo is to be bad guy so that others have a chance to feel good and right and loved,

The water is actually making Taal's eruptions more explosive and dangerous. Seems counter-intuitive but the analogy and effect is similar to when you pour water into the hot embers when you finish with your barbecue grills. Water instantly turns to steam and you get steam and ash in your face.

Reset kaya sa register of deeds yun?

Not thinking of doomsday but Taal is so close to Manila. Even my colleagues abroad are commenting about how close Taal is to Metro Manila.

I'm thinking worst case scenario, IF what happened to the towns in the 14 km radius, happens to MM, we will lose EVERYTHING (that is why I can empathize with the people who refuse to leave their homes) Our family home and all other properties are in Metro Manila and Southern Luzon. Isang tumbling na lang from Taal yung vacation home namin from the areas with shade/warning in the map ALL my close relatives live in the same area as we do. I don't even have relatives north of Metro Manila.

This the map that is scary

Sir Kags, I'm not an expert po para masabi ko kung safe ba yung lupa. Pero may friend ako taga Cherry Hills Subd, Antipolo na nagka landslide before.. Nasa likod bahay nila tumigil yung landslide.
My take, go na po sa Antipolo. Check the vicinity night, day and rainy season. Hihihi

so yung sa cherry hills more of carelessness ata ng developer.

maganda kasi pag friday to monday jan maguunwind.

Walang base surge sa or metro manila, or even sa nearby SLEX provinces.

Tagaytay will absorb all the horizontal explosion force coz its 2500 feet above sea level. All those restos and establishments in the ridge, incinerated siguro yun.

But ashfall will definitely be thicker than Sunday. As well as those ballistic shooting rocks, depende sa force if it can travel greater than 30km or more.

Bodies of water around the volcano does not "cool" the eruption similar to pouring water on a bonfire.

When lava/magma interacts with a body of water it causes explosive eruptions. An extreme example here would be Krakatoa, which was a phreatomagmatic eruption (steam+magma).
Ahhh... na imagine ko ito before when i’m still a kid... yung tansan lagyan mo ng upos na kandila or wax, tapos tunawin mo ang kandila nasa tansan hanggang maging liquid, splash some cold water and voila!!!! Fire/explosion happened...
