I survived Pinatubo, without the need to wear a face mask.

But this time, my throat is itchy and scratchy, and I'm not taking any chances.

My friend's allergy is acting up na raw, and he lives in BGC.

He slept with mask on last night.

Here in Manila, it's still raining ash.

Pinatubo, but it took a while before the ashfall reached us, di ba?

Etong Taal, First day pa lang, ashfall na tayo.

But then Taal is closer to us than Pinatubo.

mas grabe pa nga ang air quality noong new year's eve pero wala naman posts sa socmed re ano tamang face mask
Be wary of those things that are dropped sa mga bakuran mo. Volcanic ash are minerals or metals or even glass.

In the older times, ginagawa eto material for anting-anting, talsiman and even witchcraft ingredients.

The things that those ashes came from the earth’s crust or probably the core, so may possibility na radioactive.

It may find its way as contaminated food at ma ingest, it may not be noticeable today or tomorrow but those sharp miniscule thing may wreak havoc in the future lalo na sa mga organs nyo, and may produce disease or cancer

And also need I mention, the rapture. The rapture in its most literal sense is just a volcano erupting, spewing out demons in the air and then chooses it’s respective victims to bring miseries too

My advice is to pray and prepare, it’s only January and most want to renew their lives, pero from the looks of it, matinde ang challenges na kakaharapin natin ngayun taon na to with these beings inside these ash glasses

If you can tame the ones in your backyard, then you can be lucky.

I was still young when Pinatubo happened and I don't remember anyone wearing face masks, but I do agree on taking precaution now. My eyes hurt since last night and this happens when I am exposed to smoke or dust. My parents are seniors and I'm way past the prime age of health (25) Mga age 20s and teens in MM nothing to worry about I guess.

Yes, this ashfall is "different", IMO.

Hope it does not worsen anymore.

    From wikipedia, about Pinatubo:

On April 2, the volcano awoke, with phreatic eruptions occurring near the summit along a 1.5 km (0.93 mi) long fissure.
So bro, you're saying April 2 nagka-ashfall na sa M.M.?

Wala kasi socmed nun now a quick search on the internet shows warnings on effects of volcanic ash on health. Kung kotse nga at bubong concerned tayo why not sa sarili nating katawan. Also, it was the government agency and media (quoting govt agencies) who sent the advisories.

I don't know about you guys, but this eruption seemed to have taken everyone (including the gov't) by surprise?

    Yung Pinatubo, may early warning.

    Etong Taal, parang wala talaga.

Kunsabagay, pasaway talaga ang mga Gen Xers.

Back then, kami pa who ought to have known better about the hazards of street food, etc. and yet you'd see us chomping down on kwekX2, fish/squidball, kikiam... and eating at the carinderias na naka full uniform ng med with nameplate pa

And yung paglusong sa floodwaters sa Espana & Dapitan twing rainy season? Ah, just an ordinary day. Also, kaya magaling yung varsity swim team namin?

By the time you graduate, sobrang built up na immunity mo (kaya medyo resistant kami sa Lepto & hepa ) LOL

    OT na...

Rapture is opening of the gates. The gates of hell to be exact.

Where is Hell? It’s down under near the core , where souls or specifically our energies are reprocessed or tortured

Smell mo uls all around you now. What’s the smell? Sulfur di ba

Check the Vatican files, specifically demonic possessions and exorcisms.

Ang initial indicator nila if there is an entity in the room, is sulfur.

Hay naku, dont say i didnt warn you.

In the dark ages in Europe, when Rome fell, and a dark cloud enveloped Europe for like 5 centuries , diba yun ang pinaka challenging days of man. Wars, famine, plagues, sorcery, genocide. The dark ages were simply a dark cloud hovering above Europe coz of an Icelandic Supervolcano that erupted and became active for 5 centuries

Look above you now, do you see the sun nor the clouds, what you see are overcasts of the sulfuric metallic like substances
