Pano ba malalaman na double swiping na ginagawa? Kasi minsan diba hindi naman talaga nagcoconnect yung cc( e.g nagkatain syo offline)

Parang wala namang ganito sa BDO online, you have to enroll the 3rd party account, and kailangan i activate thru ATM... walang diretsong 3rd party account number..
