1st time q mgbayad ng pmasahe, lagi lng kc aq kalong ng nanay ko. I was 5 or 6 then, naglakad ako mula samin sa Libis to Murphy Cubao,weird lang kc hindi ko alam lakarin pauwi so sinubukan ko mag commute mag isa from Murphy Cubao to Libis 1.50 na. Syempre palo inabot ko dahil ang bata ko pa pero nkrating akong Murphy. Haha

I was just surprised at the shared experiences of many of us here. Also, I was of the impression of dr. d as somewhat younger.

Anyway, I came to Manila when minimum fare was 60cents. Pamasahe ko San Juan to UST is 80cents via those DM Transit and Marikina Valley Transit - same lawanit buses as with JD. And yes, pag umuulan ang init sa loob pag sinara na yung mga sliding windows since di naman sila AC. Kasabay mo eh mga coeds ng UST at mga taga St. Paul's QC.

About Big Scoop, it's been quite a few years we've enjoyed their Avocado, Strawberry, Golden Langka and Dark Chocolate flavored ice cream. One word to describe their signature taste - creamy. It's also available in the Daily Supermarket in 20th Avenue in Cubao, aside from N. Domingo and Unimart, although may not be as complete.

Napaka aliwalas tingnan nang mga kalye noon. Of course, less cars but mrt/lrt/skyway is a known killer of beauty.

I remember when driving dyan sa edsa/ortigas with friends unahan kami sa harap ng stoplight kasi pag nag go all clear na yan upto santolan wala traffik at mahaba yung stretch
