Any info about this company? In terms of benefits? Company culture? Company stability?

this is what someone very, very close to me has to say about sykes:

-in terms of kagandahan ng culture that depends on the account
-in terms of benefits very generous paid leaves etc.
-in terms of stability it also depends on the account coz every employee is regular project based
-over all rating compared to other call center 95% ang sykes

Ok nga daw. I've been there kanina sa Robinsons Summit. Kaya lang gusto ko pa din yung may hands-on sa system at nagbubutingting ng hardware...

sHoCkAbSoRbEr kung gus2 m0 na talagang nagbubutingting ng H/W... sa eTelecare ka, kze ako na WALANG alam sa H/W, natuto talaga, and besides H/W ang support namin, sa sykes ata S/W or mga microsoft products handle nila e... (bleeecchh) hehehe... :D

i still have to detest to that hehehe.... la lang... i think eTel still gives the best... la lang... i just have a friend in sykes, di din sila makakapantay sa etel...

and another thing...

mas tedious process mag-apply sa tech support ng eTel, di basta basta makapasok...
