i'm not being biased, or trying to fire up an argument here ok, i am just saying what i know about etel and sykes, as far as i know, there is NO competency between these two companies anyway, and with regards to pay, ALMOST the same lang naman sila, so what's the fuzz??Originally posted by gretzy

my sis works sa sykes, ok naman. i was told na e-tel called her up. maganda offer. but di ko na ask what decision nya.
I work for SYKES ASIA and was previously employed in ETELECARE for couple of months. SYKES gives the highest salary and much more generous in giving benefits compare to ETELECARE. Dame ko ka-officemate dito na galing ETEL. Barat daw kasi sa ETEL hehehe! Syempre di naman ako lilipat kung di mataas ang bigay ng SYKES.Originally posted by CaRGirL

baka dati lang un... kze n0w, AFAIK, ok naman na pay ngaun, nag increase na ang tech support dme pa perks kada week... dme mga activity kada week per team para magka-add'l income... sa sales talaga mas mababa ang offer ng etel.
madaming nagaaply sa amin ng line dito and most of the subscribers nagpepresent ng COE and payslip
sa nakikita ko... mas malaki ang mga nakukuha ng mga call centers kaysa sa mga 8-5pm shifts.. sa sykes ang mas nakikita namin na maraming benefits ang sykes... kasi yung incentives nila monthly non taxable and mababa lang ang waived nila na basic.. puros pinasok nila sa incentives... or ++
yun lang po.. as per experince namin dito sa globe...

i just wanna know kung meron advancement dyan,
or forever ka na stuck sa support role.
career wise roninblade meron.... as technical support, sa amin there are two different paths that you can take up.. its either you go for the technical path or go to the leadership path..
under technical path nandun yung trainings, certifications from microsoft, etc.
under leadership path yun yung mga TL, floor manager, etc..
mabilis ang growth depende sa performance mo sa floor. every 3mos you can be promoted and the salary goes ++ everytime you are promoted. + incentives every 3months...
