rapid digitalization“As communicated previously, the start of the year has been tough. 2018 is a transitional year for the H&M group, as we accelerate our transformation so that we can take advantage of the opportunities generated by rapid digitalization.”
see on instagram, buy on ASOS
These "infuencers" on Instagram are getting paid big bucks by companies.
I'm into make up and even big established brands such as MAC are tapping on these influencers (eg Patrick Starrr who is Filipino American). Personally, I find it a turn off once a brand taps social media influencers. So many indie brands became big and are now competitors of large global brands just because of social media.
and if we go back to topic...
established apparel brands are major tenants of malls (globally)
big apparel companies are shutting down one after another
that's a problem for malls
di lang naman H&M bumabagsak, pati car sales down since Feb.
alam ko kung nasan ang pera ngaun hihi, it's in real estate more particularly lots in the proivnces, not condos ha
a lot of people are investing in real estate lots to prepare for the boom infrastructure that the Duterte admin will finish
As soon as China's massive construction network comes in here, sigurado na ang build build build l
ako im investing on something that will boom in 3 -5 years from now. not real estate but tied somewhere inside that circle. and im also training myself with DJI products hihi
tumigil na ako magnegosyo shadow. wala naman mapapala sa negosyo. it's not natural you know a business, by itself is a contradiction dito sa Philippines.
so for me, if they dont shape up. ano hilo, uupo lang sa conference room araw-araw kape dito starbucks dun, japanese dinner, may business ka na. hayan tuloy hinde moving inventory
Kaya ngayon parang inaanay sila. Pag online pa, minsan pwede pang free delivery sa address mo walang charge at all. Or pwede ring nagtransact at nakabili online pero never dumating sayo yung item.
