Ang pinaka threat ng malls (which is happening sa US now) is Online Shopping. Retail stocks in the US just go down and down while Amazon shares just go up and up.

There are news that Amazon might start their own courier company too. That sent shares of FedEx and UPS down as they make lots on delivering online orders...

Matagal pa yan dito kasi sa culture ng Pinoy na gusto magkakasama at ma expereince. Pero it will eventually come.
