That value of lots at back of rockwell where soms is, has significantly increased na. There are a lot of nice restaurants and boutiques in the area already ( eg Atelier 317 moved from Palm Village to that area). I plan to explore it nga.

^There are other Crocs designs already aside from the clogs (although i don't wear Crocs, the kids love em. Bihira mag sale eh, unlike Sanuk na nakakatyempo ako ng good deals at ROX from time to time ).

My previous boss has been wanting to buy land at Backwell and build his own building for commercial and residential lease... There's also a Thai joint there where we would eat before after MBA class.

I alternate sperry and crocs sa beach. Mas madali kasi hubarin ang crocs when its time to change into a dive suit. Kahit mabasa ng tubig, okay lang. With topsiders, pag nabasa .. it gets uncomfortably squidgy and slimey inside, you'd have to let it dry for a day or two.

May crocs outlet store sa cash and carry ..

That's soms but the food is not as good anymore.

I really don't like the crocs clogs. Only Mario Batali can pull off wearing crocs.clogs. hehe. I see crocs go on sale all the time at NBC tent. But there's just too many people.

Some years ago, chanced upon a group of old(homesick) Filipinos in Macy's who gather there almost everyday to pass away time, according to them.

I was descending on an escalator and couldn't believe my ears hearing a Filipino song being played on the piano... Well....
