Pnoy was lambasted for his 2nd hand Porsche because he was a public official and he had lots of detractors waiting to use ANYTHING to paint him in the negative light. On the other hand, the other guy is a "private" individual who has the right to spend his money anyway he wants.

OT: Right on the button with that. Their projects are likewise high-falluting if you look at what they push. To me, high-falluting = costly.
BTT: I went to Rob Pioneer to pick up a camera this lunch time. Surprised the place is still bustling, mostly with office workers from the adjacent buildings i'd guess.

OT: I created a separate thread and posted some of his pictures. Century din ba yung Versace condo? If I were to buy a luxury condo though, I'd still go for Ayala.
BTT: I don't like going to Resort's World even thought it's relatively accessible and convenient for me. My friend from Magallanes blames the developer of RWM on why the flooding in their village got worse

That's quite true. Sucks to be PNoy... hehe... while the Tongressmen in the neighboring village where i stay have the simple dilemma of not being being able to take out their Lambos, Porsches and Ferraris for the next few months while the exit roads are repaired.
*C4U, yeah, it's that Versace condo thing.
BTT: i've only been to Resorts World once. Did not like it really and the parking was horrible that time.

I hate the parking nga. Parang hindi rin maayos pagkagawa kasi may mga nakatambak pa na construction materials. Yung elevator nagloloko.

I also got miffed as there were not enough signs back then to tell you to pay at the booth before you get on your car and leave. The booth was hidden at another corner and not at the pedestrian entrance to the parking as in other malls. I had to look again for a parking slot, get down and pay. What made matters worse was some A-types (A rhymes with "gashole") would just put their cars right beside the payment booth and block traffic.
i'm a yokohaman. altii, innova, wigo. ordinary driving. no issues.
