I hope this doesn't degenerate into another China-bashing thread.

Developing nations normally start out this way, mass production with little attention to QA. Eventually, as their companies begin to get richer, they learn the ropes and start making quality products.

Made in RP me. Other than nationalism and a sense that RP made really is more durable than PRC made, at least yung gawa dito pag may problema puwede mo i-reklamo. Eh yung gawa dun? Hanggang sa tindera ka na lang.

That is true. Naalala ko yun japanese car nun una. low quality like 1st gen korea car. Noon 70's and 80's puro Ford lang yata nakikita ko sa kalsada. Pero ngayon #1 na ang Toyota! And korea car is not far behind!
Noon 80's basta made in taiwan low quality. Pero ngayon? The main chips of Wii is made in Taiwan! Ngayon naman China , Vietnam , Cambodia is rising! I think the question is CAN WE LIVE UP THE COMPETITION?

    All,

This is not a thread to bash China or anything coming out from it. I was really expecting so much from the brand.

Sir Shadow, I'm surprised Stoked Inc is selling counterfeit products. Can I sue them for it?

Sir Flakez, you get what you pay for but sometimes you just feel it ain't enough. And no, di po mumurahing model, say Andy Irons.

Sir Veed, this is not to generalize the China-made products. I just want to compare theirs from ours. I don't have an axe to against their products. I was just wondering how did it pass QC.

If what I started would cause so much hullabaloo, might as well close this thread.

    Have a nice day!
