Can't blame you bro, may be you voted for him as well. If you voted for him, it's likely you were blinded by the band wagon effect brought about cory's death.
Likely, you were swayed to believe by the yellow army propagandist who hailed cory to be the mother of democracy. I was once a believer then even put my life at stake during the dark days of martial law. i was an organizer of the 1978 noise barrage when Ninoy lead the Laban ticket against the powerful KBL. We fought the ads exposing ourselves to the dangers at hand during that time in the belief of Ninoy will lead us to democracy. 1983, when Ninoy was assassinated, we started again the movement back to the streets upon Marcos was booted out. It was all because we fought for democracy to be restored.
Low & behold 27 years after, look at where we are. Hailing cory to be the mother of democracy when she was cooking in Boston when more pinoys & pinays are already fighting it out here. Who the heck termed her this, it's all the yellow media. The media played the idea that she had powers rigth after people power cause it was still the marcos constitution in effect, well i tell them, she will be stupid to use it as the people just hated it, yet the media praised her for not using it, that was the yellow media at play again.
My point is to date, majority has praised the Aquinos and rewarded them with being in power irregardless for whether they are fit or dumb. If there are an Aquino to have lead this country, maybe it was only Ninoy. Cory came to be cause she was the only uniting power then and just to get rid of Marcos. The situation then is different form today. Today, the problem is not about dictatorship or freedom. The problem today is poverty, employment, peace & order and corruption. Abnoy is not the man for this. he cna only brag his father & mother, he was zero in congress & senate which he served for a total of 12 yrs. The time for paying gratitude is over. We have to thinking & vote wisely who is right & smart for the job.
Again, if cory did not die, he could have even lost the re-election last May. I call him an opportunist as he was not even a contender in 2009 for the presidency. When the mother died, yellow army repeat the funeral march of 1983. Wella, it worked as people (mostly usi) where on the streets. The usi turned into sympathy voters as the yellow army took advantage of the situation to shove Mar on the side to give way for Abnoy.
In all honesty, if there is one thing Abnoy has achieved , that is wang-wang. The rest that he claimed to be, i am willing to debate on him to prove me wrong. Worst, his the only president who had made this country to be hated by it's neighbors.
If you ask me who would have been a better choice as president in 2010, it will be between Gordon or Gibo.
Peace bro, nothing personal just pointing out.

This is a more valid, and educated argument as compared to posting supposed psychological and physical abnormalities.
I agree that there are frustrating shortcomings to our Head of State but then again, as the Chinese would say when it comes to success of a business, "timing" counts a lot and timing indeed fell in to place for PNoy (particularly the death of his well-loved mother and the taong bayan being fed up with wang-wangs and the corruption that the GMA admin was besieged with). If he did not run, it would have 1998 all over again where you had the "qualified"or thinking voters spread over several candidates (Gibo-Gordon-Villar) and thus would leave Erap once again to run away with his consolidated "masa" votes. I would believe that with Erap at the helm, it would be a different story today as zero investor confidence would still abound. Sadly, the electoral process is still separate from the long-term issues that plague our country (as pointed out in the above post) and this was proven once again with our recent elections at both the national and local level; if you think Pnoy is unqualified? What you will see at the tongress/provincial/LGU level is even more disgusting and has greater impact on the common Juan and businesses, then the president.
One thing though that glares though is that a good number of people whom I encounter, who are upset with the current admin, were those who lost a lot of "business" that they enjoyed in the last administration. In fact i just spoke with one yesterday. That poor bastard... has to make do first with his few hundred millions or billions for time beingLast edited by vinj; June 13th, 2013 at 10:11 AM.

so true, we actually have an ok president and people are still complaining. our economy is in an all time high compared to the past couple of years and investors are coming in of our country. corruption and ka palpakan ng government natin that will be hard to be fixed by one man and in one term. noynoy is a much better president compared to our past 2 president. oh and i didn't vote for him by the way, i was a gibo fan.

I also voted for Gibo, but people has spoken and Pnoy won, I'm not a bitter like majority of Gordon's and Gino's supporters who are feeling high and mighty...
I will not bitch my way for the next 3 years, problem is Tagal na ng 2010election and supporters of those two intelligent candidates are still bitching about their defeats.
Everybody has move on except for the "intelligent" voters..damn it! Intelligent daw eh naiwan naman utak sa 2010.
And I will bet my ass even if one of the intelligent candidates won, they will never solve the perennial problems that we are facing year in year out...
Kaya mas mahirap actually ang incumbent cuz they already seen the problems and the limitations they have to curb all of them unlike yun mga wala position , they can just promise everything but the moment they won and see the real picture alam nila yun mga na promise nila eh hinde rin nila Magagawa...
Maraming magaling na dapat ganito ganyan gawin, but they can only see the surface, Kung ganyan kadali Ayusin problems natin eh si sana tapos na lahat ng problems ng pilipinas...yun mga oppositions dami dami sinasabi Kung Paano dapat gawin ni Pnoy...lets give them a chance na umupo ting an natin Kung mabasa nila mga sinasabi nila

Gibo was never a choice, because he was the administration candidate, and beholden to Gloria, who was looking for ways to insulate herself from prosecution once out of office.
Gordon got our vote, but he obviously didn't win.
Whenever I hear the term "Abnoy", I stop reading. Because if you have to descend to insults to criticize someone, then I assume you have nothing of worth to say. If your argument led with Noynoy's poor policy on foreign relations with regards to Taiwan, sure. If it went with the lack of Thai-style stimulus packages to keep industries from moving out, sure. But "Abnoy"? Come on. It's not 2010, anymore.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
