of course it's the people behind lto and ltfrb, those who empowered these idiots to ply our roads. blind leading the blind. reform begins at the root cause.

Nagkamali lang daw sila sa garage strategy. They thought it was not going to rain so the driver opted for slicks instead of the rain tyres.

Yun na nga boss eh, pumapasok pa yung issue ng mababa ang concrete barrier/wall kesyo mababa daw. Kung disiplinado ang driver hindi ka lalampas sa speed lmit at palagi mo ichcheck yung condition ng sasakyan

    OT:

The motorpool guys installed the wrong tyre for the day. They installed slicks instead of intermediates or rain tyres. Kaya ayun, tambling si Schumacher.

    BTT:

The driver shames almost all serial killers. Just like that, 22 agad pinatay nya.

I think properly recapped tyres are quite okay (Bandag?). Ukit is definitely a no-no.

Those idiots skimp here and there, and try to maximize earnings... and cause more in damage to lives and property.

madami akong nakikitang bus/trailer truck with dubious tires, a few times me bitak bitak na sa sidewall. Madami rin gumagamit ng cheap China brand tires but i haven't seen them lately.
