Hehe... You can ask FVR about Urban Bank on that. :D

Bottomline today is that there are a lot of good, stable banks and branches to deal with. Take your money to where you're happy and comfortable. Even when it comes to lending, the banks are fighting tooth and nail to entice qualified borrowers.

I think depende sa timing ang haba ng pila, kahit sa head office branch nag-intay ako ng more than an hour to pay bills. Around 2-4 yun. I suggest mag electronic banking (mobile and internet).

Sobrang tagal sumagot sa hotline nila - 20 to 30 minute wait before you get a free agent.

If you are BPI's preferred client it won't take long...in 5 mins. max, for a single transaction, i.e. deposit only, you're done. You better arrange that with the branch manager. BPI is way better than BDO, IMO.

+1. I tried to have my cc replaced thru their phone banking.

certain privileges are given for preferred clients. Banks also give their preferred clients gifts so these clients would continue to patronize them.

am wondering why you people still go to the branches whereas you can transact via online naman for transfers and bills payment, siguro naman kung marunong ka mag-post sa forum na ito marunong ka mag-enroll sa EOL nila, they also have plenty of ATM sites here in Makati if you work here so why not just withdraw thru the ATM, you can also make deposits thru ATM if you're not familiar yet kasi i find it very funny yung post ng isa na nag-wait sya ng 45 mins just to deposit his check, di kaya nya naisip na sana sa ATM na lang nya ginawa yung deposit...sabi nga ng friend ko na officer ng BPI na kung sino pa yung wala namang pera sila pa yung demanding...oops sorry kung may tinamaan : )

Talagang wala ng magiging demand yung may perang client nila. May pa kape pa nga yan habang nag hihintay.

i find it funny that you know how to post in a forum like this but you don't know how to use their online facility, FYI you can do bills payment or transfers there para hindi ka na pumila sa loob ng branch, and why will you wait 45 mins to deposit ur check whereas you can do it faster if you deposited it using their ATM, they have plenty of sites naman here in Makati that is if you work here wherein you can also withdraw your payroll, incidentally our company payroll is with BPI and i haven't encountered any problem with them especially when they introduced me to the options i could use whenever i do banking transactions....i guess totoo yung sabi ng friend ko na officer na kung sino pa yung walang pera sila pa ang masyadong demanding...oops sorry kung may tinamaan, ikaw kasi naninira ng institution na i appreciate : )
