Pumapangit na service nil sa 2 branch na alam ko. Lumipat na rin kami sa UCPB ctually for the check kasi nga ang tagal sa BPI.
Sobrang tagal sumagot sa hotline nila - 20 to 30 minute wait before you get a free agent.
