I still couldn't sleep at all for the past 2 months unless I take an anti-anxiety drug... Had a full test at New World D Tuazon last week. Nothing unusual. Now seeing a psychiatrist.
Oh bro. So sorry to hear your situation. I manifested that during the 1st month of the ECQ so what I did was tire myself during the day with HIIT routine after work hours, 1 or 2 movies before midnight with 1 or 2 shots/glasses of alcohol and prayed the rosary while sleeping (sometimes I finished sometimes I don't). It worked eventually and I get to have at least 5-6 hours of sleep (according to my smartwatch). I guess it also helped my pet dog now sleep with us on the bed.
