I was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder. I was given benzos to help sleep. Dormicum then Xanor. But read how Xanor hotwires your mind to become addicted and has a low rate of getting off the drug addiction... I asked to be given Hydroxyzine, which is less addictive. Also will be taking Zoloft, which is an antidepressant.

    Mons, don't think too much

i know it's hard to avoid thinking about a ton of things these days sa dami ng nangyayari sabay sabay

concern over catching the virus, business/economy, family, plans etc

talk to people about what you're concerned about

talk to your parents, siblings, wife, kids (i dunno if you're married and with kids), friends para alam nila worries mo

    gagaan ang iyong pakiramdam

pag business, talk to people who are in the same line of business

listen to their ideas, share your ideas

talk to people in different businesses also

everybody's figuring out ways to adapt

    kaya natin ito

Did you go to the clinic or did an online consult? Glad you're getting help from a professional, for sure things will get better na.

everything will pan out alright in the few next few months bro.

most of us here have been hit either physically, fiscally, and mentally by the pandemic. all we can do right now is tough it out and lean on our respective support groups.

ika nga ni bamboo, "Pinoy ako. Buo aking loob. May agimat ang dugo ko."

    keep on keepin' on, kapatid!

I hope you feel better Monseratto. I also suffered from insomnia and anxiety during the first 2 months of ECQ. I am getting better. Nakakatulog na ng maayos. Pero my anxiety is still there. Grabe talaga ginawa nitong COVID.
