Good Morning. Woke up at 10:30 am. 7 hrs of sleep, not bad.
I was not able to go to work nga lang![]()
i took melatonin before going to bed last night
suddenly woke up at 4 or 430am
then i took 1 iterax and slept till 815am
di na maganda ito... i have to take stuff to sleep

I think I found one of the causes on why I cannot sleep well at night:
My dresser is opposite my bed, I don't wanna rearrange my room so I just placed a cloth over the mirror. I rarely use it anyway.
DON’T place a mirror in the bedroom where it can be over-stimulating. A mirror in the bedroom can create insomnia, especially if it reflects the bed. If there is a problem in the marriage, a mirror can also bring in unwanted interference in the relationship. Better to be safe (and well-rested) than sorry.
