    no company outing ok lang

    no salary increase ok lang

    no bonus? pag sobra down ang business, i can understand. but if business is as good as last year, or better than last year, why?

    Ok ba to kahit sa mga hindi nagwowork?

    BONUS- no choice but my mom has to give me something around 7-10k

    Company outing- if I'm going somewhere in the spirit of Christmas, it would be with someone special

    Salary increase- not possible, since next year I will work for a few months + ung mga negosyso will mobilize na

    ok lang.....kasi ako ang magbibigay ng bonus eh....and wala akong bonus or salary increase....pwede rin ba akong mag reklamo....? hehehehe

    seriously, I make it a point na talagang maibigay ang bonus sa mga tao ko, it's not bec nasa law natin but bec inaasahan na rin talaga nila and ng pamilya nila especially sa mga entry/lower level staffs....parang napakalaki ng magagawa ng bonus for them to have a merry x'mas.....

    kung hinde naman lugi ang company, I don't see the point na hinde maibigay....kung hinde masyadong malaki kinita that year siguro pwede naman pakiusapan na mababawasan din ang bonus pero meron pa rin at hinde totally wala....(i.e kung 10k before ang narerecieved gawin 5k..)

    if you are talking about (A) Bonus = 13th month pay. Hindi pwede mawala yun. hehehehe. mandated by law yun.

    other bonuses are outside of what is mandated by law and is discretionary. so kung wala talaga, eh di wala. we just have to be thankful that we still have our jobs. yun nga lang tuyo ang pasko.

    sa company outing naman, ganun din yun. this is a discretionary employee benefit. and most of the time, hindi naman ako sumasama eh.

    sa salary increases naman, ganun pa din. discretionary pa din yan depende sa performance ng company. although experience ko dito sa former company ko is 3 years akong hindi nabigyan ng increase dahil mainit mata sa akin ng company president, pero ok lang.

    gaya nga ng sabi ko, it's a blessing that i still have a job.

    nga pala. pag hindi nagbigay ng 13th month pay yung company nyo, sumbong nyo sa DOLE. bawal yan.

    although, afaik, the payment of a 13th month pay depends on the employment status of an employee. Usually, from Proby to Regular binibigay yan. Pero pag consultant basis, walang ganyan. Normally, for consultants, the 13th month is factored into 12 months and is payable monthly. Pero depende pa din sa consulting company.

    13th month is mandated by law.
    outing is just an extra. kahit wala yan forever, ok lang sa akin
    salary increase - depends on the situation. kung wala talaga kinita or belt-tightening or kung di ko talaga deserve for this year, edi ok lang.

    Parang company namin eto ah....although me outing kami, kaya lang mas gusto namin ang bunos at increase kesa outing, kapagod lang un...

    Pero di puedeng walang 13th month pay, mag kakagulo pag di binigay yun
