    since malapit na bigayan ng mga bonus,
    para sa mga employed who usually get their bonuses;
    though this is a company prerogative.

    How would you react if one day your boss appeared to you and said,
    for the year (2007 and 2008) there will be no;

    a) BONUS
    b) Company outing
    c) salary increase

    I would say.........

    "Sir nagbibiro ka ba? Tawagan ko si Ma'm, ikukuwento ko yung nakita ko noon nu'ng kasama mo yung ***y-tary mo."

    Hindi...siguro tanungin ko na lang siya kung bakit wala yung A,B & C. Tanungin ko rin siguro kung bankrupt na o palugi na opis namin. Tapos sabay tanong "Sir....yung X-Mas party wala rin ba? Kahit sa Jolibee na lang."

    malamang magsalita ako ng sangkatutak na sweet nothings bago sumugod...naku sana lng may katabi akong makakapigil sa'kin...

    Id probably file my resignation papers!

    I'll also ask kung bakit wala, if valid ang reason, then id let it be. Pero kung walang kuwenta ang dahilan.....RESIGN!

    been there, done that. happened to me in 2002.

    the financial markets were down and the company was in serious belt-tightening mode. to make a long story short, i asked myself whether this was a company i believed in, and whether i trusted them to also take care of/make it up to me in the good times as well.

    the answer to both answers was yes, so i sucked it up and moved on. they did take care of me with some nice option packages the next year, so i'm happy

    WTF! pwedeng segment yan sa mga hidden camera show.. after magsalita ni bossing sabay close-up ng camera sa mga employees na ganito ang mga hitsura.. :shocked: :blue: :cry2: :furious: ..

    tapos sabay sabi , :screwloose: na yata si bossing?

    Re: a) Bonus, I would assume that it's the 13th month pay. Mandated by law ang 13th
    month, so no choice talaga ang employer kundi ibigay ito sa empleyado. Otherwise, pwede siyang kasuhan.

    Pero regarding b) outing , OK lang sa akin na wala. Actually, I value my weekends kasi its rest day for me. Eh di ba normally Saturday and Sunday ang outing, tapos usually out-of-town pa? Tapos, papasok ka pa ng Monday, kaya tagtag sobra ang feeling.

    Sa c) salary increase, pag hindi binigay, yan ang medyo disappointing. Pero kung hindi naman talaga kumita ang company, wala akong karapatan na humingi ng increase. Kesa naman magsara ang kumpanya, mas maraming apektado.

    agree ako sayo papi ..

    idemanda ang employer kung hindi ibibigay ang 13th month sabay RESIGN ..

    yung sa outing, kapagod talaga.. ok lang kung wala kasi more time for family day.. ok lang din na meron kasi at least bonding ng mga opismeyts..

    very disappointing kamo papi kung walang salary increase.. kaya RESIGN na sabay lipat sa ibang account or employer.. para saan pa ang pagsisipag kung wala namang goal na salary increase or promotion di ba?..
