And these cats did cause the death of 2 of my small dogs. I've seen one. Sabi sa bahay these cats are huge.

Our other neighbor has one himalayan cat but it is not let out of their perimeter. It looks cute too. The orange cats that tresspass in our house are ugly!

Yessir, or an organization called CARA can do the "trapping". They neuter or spay feral cats and then set em free again. Unfortunately, budget is a problem for em.

I won't be spouting crap about how the cats should be treated. I am a cat owner as well (got 6). We make sure that they don't cause any inconvenience to our neighbors since they are always indoors... The problem is not all cat owners know how to properly take care of em...

The thing is, though neutered, they are still a niusance. They also die a slow death due to diseases & parasites. Then why not treat stray or feral cats the way the local gov't treats stray dogs? Catch them then hold them for a certain period of time & if nobody claims them, they are put to sleep.

Over population of animals is not good just like over population of humans. In Andersen AFB at least twice a year there is depredation hunt for deer and wild pigs when the population per square mile is exceeded. Some animals are shot and left to decay.

I have a similar problem; pag mating season eh ginagawa nilang love nest yung area near our water tank. What I did was I took my son's Nerf water gun and put in a 50/50 water-vinegar solution. Everytime maririnig ko yung hiyawan nila, I 'snipe' them para mabasa with the solution. After I hit them I spray the areas they frequent with the solution. They never came back, so I guess it worked kasi sa next mating season nila eh di na nabalik sa house namin (yung neighbor namin a few houses away ang ginawa love nest though lol).

btw if you opt for the airsoft solution, do be mindful that there aren't any bystanders. They may not kill but they can still blind.

I'm undecided on the airsoft solution since they come out at night. Apparently the cats were in front of our rude neighbor's lawn and another neighbor dumped water on them :bwahaha: So I am not the only person annoyed with these cats.
