Pareho tayo bro, ako I call the highest ranking officer and tell them the problem then I cancel my order coz usually gumaganti ung mga waiters & servers (by using secret signs to their kitchen crew counterparts) na lagyan ng dura, ihi, etc. I don't even accept vouchers, rebates, discount cards, etc.
Then I find some connection to the head office/owner/president and tell them personally of the incident para magawan ng paraan at hindi na maulit to other customers.
