    I do boxing now, yes Pacquiao boxing

    30 seconds Cross low Intensity
    30 seconds Cross hi intensity
    30 seconds Jab low intensity
    30 seconds Jav hi Intensity
    30 seconds Combo Cross Jab Low intensity
    30 seconds Combo Jab Cross Low Intensity

    So thats like 3 minutes, Forward Orthodox Stance
    So repeat another 3 minutes, Backward Orthodox Stannce

    Total of 6 minutres

    Then rest for 2 minutes, start again
    Using Cross and Lead Hook
    Then rest 2 minutes, start again
    Using left and right uppercut

    Total of 18 minutes

    Thats the basic pa lang

    Then i repeat all three above
    But this incorporating counter block punches

    So Parry plus Cross Jab combo
    Then side block + Hook combo
    Then deviation block + uppercut combo

    So another 18 minutes

    So toal of 36 minutes.

    Matinde na yan, tipong nakakapasma na yan if bigla ka maliligo ng walang pahings

    Next day i repeat the same punch combos pero Southpaw (Pacman) stance naman

    I'm at disbelief. Our shipping/balikbayan box guy is 56 yrs old and RIPPED! My family has known him for several years but this is the first time I met him (pinapasalubungan ng Mom ko siya)

    I could not believe my eyes, I thought he was in his 30s!!! My goodness, tama yung muscles, hindi mukhang naka steroids at very proportioned ang katawan (he does NOT skip leg day). The guy lifted my balikbayan box which was heavy like rocks! wow! Next time I will take his photo, papakita ko kay ULS and I will ask him kung tama ba ko na looks 30s.

    My cousin's ex is crushing on him now LOL! More than 10 yrs na nagpi pickup samin, pero second time lang niya naabutan since she is always at work. We thought he was lying about his age pero my Aunt said 50s na talaga. Anyway, I told my cousin's ex, next time I will interview the guy and find out kung may GF ba or partner.

    OO nga no! Pang pr0n nga katawan ni shipping guy. I'm not kidding though, I almost fell off my seat when he said 56. Honestly, guapo talaga yung guy, hindi ko lang type yung kalbo.
