    Driving kanina sa EDSA, from my rear view a hagad may escorted vehicle nanaman.

    P2P bus pala ang escorted, in a way i feel happy for those inside the bus nabigyan ng kahit konting pakunswelo sa hirap nila sa commute.

    not easy for me. I find it hard to control not eating chocolates in a day But I barely eat rice or bread in a day.

    i did that for a year, after 7 days of no carbs, the craving stops

    yes..same principle i used to stop drinking and smoking, if you can do 7 straight days..that means you can do another and another..everything is just will power..

    Bro, just go cold turkey. Tapos kelangan sobrang busy para makalimutan mo talaga. Was also a smoker. Max ko dati 1 pack a day. Then one day I just went and stopped. Haven't touched the stuff since.

    Edit: carbs pala pinaguusapan hehe. For carbs I just remind myself that I have a lot more energy the less carbs I eat. Di ako inaantok sa hapon.
