but, this might seem heartless, but i have to ask, "what was the cause of his demise?"
i am always curious, as to why young-ish people die so early.

Very young indeed. He was only mid 50s. Cursed ata family namin at ang babata mag pass away especially the men in our family. My paternal Lola told me my Lolo's family have bad health genes. It's a long running joke, karma daw because our ancestors were not good people in the 1800s

Diabetes. His health went downhill after he had triple bypass in 2015. After that sunod sunod na hospitalization at kung ano ano na sakit na sumulpot. In 2016 he was hospitalized again for more or less a month and then in 2017, this was where he stayed for over a month again and passed away in the hospital.

It's so sad because he is my favorite Uncle. He is so cool, a great conversationalist and good looking. I'm always proud to introduce him to my friends and family. Sobrang guapo pa rin Uncle ko even in death, sayang talaga genes niya. Kami lahat native looking, siya yung naiiba. Naalala ko tuloy sabi ng Uncle ko, mag anak na daw ako kahit walang asawa, lalaki daw para dala surname namin. LOL. Sa loob loob ko, bakit kaya hindi siya ang mauna mag anak hehe.
