Ito ang isa sa nagpasikat ng coconut oil. May mga bagay ako hind agree sa kanya pero majority eh ok naman. I combned knowledge ni ray peat sa traditional chinese medicine. Kung baga kurot dito kurot jan kung ano maging effective.

Dr. Ray Peat is someone you are about to come to love just as I do, and he graciously sharing his time with me today over the phone. You will be amazed at the knowledge that is about to be dropped from this man. The laundry list of credentials this man holds, well let’s just say it’s more than you or I could ever dream of holding…. Dr. Peat has a pHd in Biology from the University of Oregon, specializating in physiology. He has taught at the University of Oregon, Urbana College, Montana State University, National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Universidad Veracruzana, the Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Mexico, and Blake College and over the years worked with many private nutritional counseling clients. He started his research in 1968, long before any of the so-called nutrition nerds who make videos on youtube (myself included) were even born, mainly regarding progesterone, and the hormones closely related to it, as protectors of the body's structure and energy against the harmful effects of estrogen, radiation, stress, and lack of oxygen. Not done yet…. He is also an editor and write of his famous newsletter he puts out, as well author for some fantastic quick reads, one of which is my favorite, “Nutrition for Women”.
